The delicious goods are baked fresh daily. Just 3 miles south of I-70 on Highway 99 in the heart of the Flint Hills. The bakery specializes in breads, cookies, pies and tarts and homemade candies. Also try the famous German Bierocks, which is a bread roll filled with hamburger, cabbage and seasoning (sold frozen). Decorated cakes for all occasions, including weddings and birthdays are also available. Their products are made fresh daily from scratch. Special orders are welcome. Call to place an order and they can have it ready whenever you like. Ordering ahead of time is the best way to go. There's more variety that way!
