Walt's Four Seasons Campground & Country Store

We had a wonderful time. people was very friendly . Had free cable and WiFi .THe camp site was clean and pets was welcome.

New Owners, very friendly. Level gravel sites with full hook ups. Great overnight stay.

Nice private ran Campground. Great staff. Easy check in. Nice roomy spaces. Very dog friendly with great areas to walk your dog. Nice facilities, Catch and Release Pond, Mini Golf. General Store with good priced fuel.

On our way to Colorado and found this lovely campground on the side of the interstate and decided to stay the night. I am so glad we did! It was a Tuesday so our fist night was only $20!
The girls at the country store helped us get checked in and were very helpful. They also serve pizza and sandwiches made fresh to order so after a long day on the road it was just so great not to have to find somewhere to eat.
The sites were nice and level and the one we got was a pull through and that is always a huge plus. The Wi-fi signal was strong enough to watch a movie without any lag and was included in the price.
We were only going to stay one night but it was such a relaxing place we decided to stay one more. The kids had so much fun in the pool and we had a blast playing putt putt golf. The nature trail was a nice little walk and the kids and dog enjoyed it. It was also great to have a fenced-in dog park for the pup! They also had a catch and release pond and we did a little fishing and got a few fish. They also had a laundry room and bath house, both very clean.
All in all, it was a lovely stop and I would defiantly recommend it to the weary traveler on the road! Easy to get into and set up with helpful staff.

Nicely kept campground. Loved that the check in store was also a gas station and camp store. They had had dipped ice cream pizza and freshly made sandwiches s as long with convenience items. There was a pool and a well kept putt putt golf. Laundry area was clean and had 3 machines ( 3 washers/3 dryers) would definitely stay again. Campground is a bit older but very well kept. I wish there was a 4.5 star rating but went with 5 as I felt they deserved it.

... that the owners have pride in their business. Our stay (late June 2022) was very pleasant. The park was not resort-like in any way, but was well done overall. Neat, clean nicely appointed. Everything worked great even if somewhat dated.

Day 4 of our 2 mon journey out west - in Abilene Kansas at the nicest little campground - Walts Campground! Super nice- pool, mini golf, horseshoes, sparkling clean bathhouse ( hot water, could use more pressure) , nice sites. Right off I-70, noise not a problem. Plus the Eisenhower Library is fantastic. Excellent dinner at R & G Diner in Abilene.

Easy access off Interstate 70. Reasonable prices and friendly staff. Happy to also find good pizza , wings and beer at the store with gas also available. Although it was very hot when we stayed there was activity’s for kids including mini golf. Would definitely stop again if we are passing through Kansas.

Super easy to book a spot online. Easy on-off the Highway. Everyone very friendly and helpful here. Some full-timers, very nice too. There is free air to fill up your tires. Pizza to order. 24-hour Gas station with mini-mart attached to this RV park. Walking trails, swimming pool, miniature golf. Rates were great too. Would definitely stay here again.
