Confirmed by 1 users | Last reported on March 02, 2023Brand new, clean, gravel & concrete sites. Fenced area. Great hookups. Great wifi and Verizon reception. Very nice people. Great dog run/park. Conveniently located next to freeway.
The only thing is it is located behind a large general store truck stop. Very clean. Showers & laundry are inside the general store.
For $40 it was a pretty good deal.

The Flatland RV Park was a convenient place to stop for the night. As with the previous review, it did seem quite new and well kept. We were the only rig there for the night. There were a few trucks parked for the night (with engines running) in the lot behind the 24/7, but they were not a bother to either of us. Some truck traffic noise from I-70 could be heard though.
We did have a reservation made earlier in the day, but had to checkin and pay within the store after arriving. The have a $10 deposit on their hang tag (refunded in cash when leaving). The entry gate automatically opens and closes when your rig approaches the gate. There is a walk-through opening in the fence for walking over to the 24/7 store (just watch out for the trucks).
It was a bit confusing at first for the parking in the inner section. It seems the yellow line across the middle of the inner parking spots would be the rear of your rig should be close to - most of the spots in the inner section look to have rigs parked back-to-back. It was only after looking at the parking spots and seeing where the hookups were located when figuring out the inner parking. Site 10 was a single and not a double in-line like most of the others in the inner section. The concrete pad seemed to be level.
There was WiFi, although not used. The signal for AT&T was pretty good.
When leaving and on our way to the Eisenhower Presidential Library, I did fillup there in one of the 24/7 Store's truck lanes.

Super easy in and out. Gated. Truckers park around gates, HWY noise but to be expected. For the most part we stayed in our rv. Full hook ups.
