My Uncle Tom was an interesting guy.
Way back, when cell phones were still considered a luxury, he just would disappear. Once family members would figure out he was gone, they would call around to have everyone on alert and ready to report his whereabouts.
One time, after a few day disappearance, he was asked what happened. We had feared the worst and everyone was worried. His reply, "I was hungry and wanted some good lobster, so I went to Maine."
