Really not worth going out of your way for... On the other hand, there is a nice disc golf course right next to it that was pretty fun!
Not particularly spectacular or picturesque, but certainly worth the short hike. Suggest stopping in to the adjacent Latchstring Restaurant before/after. Good food and service :)
Completely agree with other reviews. This is just an infestation of casinos, bars, tourist traps and souvenir shops. Intriguing enough to drive through, but not worth stopping. I was sincerely interested in the history, but after a few minutes of walking around, I already regretted the $10 I spent on parking.
Staff was friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed the little cafe adjacent to the office/store. Got a great little tent site along the creek. Lots of room for the kiddos to run and play. Would definitely stay here again.
My plans for my accommodations fell through, so I arrived in the middle of a snowstorm without a reservation. The host was very kind and welcoming and promptly set me up with a site. He even loaned me an extension cord. I camp in my Honda Element and I appreciate RV sites that are welcoming to "unconventional" setups. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the restroom/shower area. Kanab is a delightful town. I also highly recommend the Fusion House restaurant.. they had an absolutely delicious Japanese curry chicken!
Don't try to get to this via the access bridge off the Natural Bridges entrance road ... unless you wanna embarrass yourself and have to get dragged out of the snow by the local sheriff. I suppose if it's bone dry, it'd be passable.
