A little ways off the main drag you can see what an old mining town looked like. It is county run, so it does cost to get in, but it was worth it. Be prepared to walk around so sunscreen and water is nice. You can pay to ride a train to see some fun sights, pan for golf and play in a ‘fun house’. Get to see what life was like in the late 1800’s.

A cute little shop, nice clean restrooms. Friendly workers, ask questions they will talk to you about it. The thermometer is cool! A good stop and stretch you legs place. Worth the stop.
