Really great State Park, lots of hiking and fishing. We were there in January so stayed out of the water. Washrooms a bit dated.
One of the better State Parks I’ve been in. Friendly staff, wonderful walks. Clean and working well. This is a stop we plan to use many more times.
Happy to help us but offered a spot right on the highway so we went to Walmart instead.
We got there and the only tour available was for $96 each. Not worth it was a ripoff
We were told that the buffalo/ bison weren’t easily found and we never went in.
This is a back parking lot for the Best Western. All the guests of the hotel look out on the campers. The hi-way is just past a busy railway station. Not much chance of sleeping or enjoying your site
There was no one working there and the beach was across a busy road. I never managed to get more than a cold shower there. Both toilets and showers were very clean.
A delightful surprise. We stopped and spent 2 hours walking through a little piece of heaven. I would strongly recommend a stop here.
Truly a wonderful campsite and ablution block. Will definitely be returning.
One of the best State Parks we have visited. Everything was clean & the site was developed in a natural looking way. We had a site on the waterfront. It was lovely. The office was closed when we arrived but the sign said to settle in & register the next day. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful.
