12 River access areas for camping with several sites, many of them have steep roads down to the river/camping spots. As you drive up the road we stayed on the first left in the wide open grass area with a fire pit, there was plenty of space for our 39' fifth wheel and my parents 38' super C, could have fit a couple more big rigs, the dirt road does go farther back in with another big open area, road is bumpy but not horrible. Lots of bones from dead antelope and cows around, we saw free range cows a couple times. Only an hour drive into Jackson, easy River access just up the road, we didn't want to chance the steep hills. They just graded the road so it wasn't too bumpy but it can get rough. Great location off the highway, dump station and water available at the nearby Warren Bridge campground.

Great place to stop to check out Vicksburg and the National battlefield. The RV park is under new ownership and they seem to be making lots of good changes. We used Campspot to book our site and it worked well. We were able to check in early even though the rules say no exceptions. We were very appreciative so we could go checkout the battlefield in the afternoon instead of waiting in a Walmart parking lot to check-in. The wifi was very bad but cellphone coverage was great, Verizon, AT&T we're best but T-Mobile was very good too. We didn't use any of the amenities at the park. All sites are pull thru and 30/50amp with good water pressure and sewer hookups. Only negative is the Animal Clinic next door had a lot of dogs barking a couple times a day. We would definitely stay here again, easy in and out, close to town and safe!

Nice paved roads and camping spots but I don't think that is worth the $20/night rate. The grass is mowed but there are thistles everywhere. The cell service is non-existent, we had No AT&T or T-Mobile, there were 2 bars of verizon but it was very erratic. There were flush toilets, a very nice dump station and place to fill with potable water. It is right next to I-94 so there is interstate noise.

We stayed here for a one night stopover. Arkansas 212 was a very rough and narrow road, yes it is driveable but it is not pleasant.

The actual campground was great, we were the only camper there beside the host (who was very helpful and kind), it was absolutely beautiful and very quiet. We took one of the three spots nearest the river, they are big and the view can't be beat. C-2 had 50amp, C1 & C3 have 30amp. We took a walk around the whole campground and didn't really see a site that looked bad. Cell service is very spotty we had enough to do some streaming but not much else. We would likely stay here again if we were driving through!

This is a beautiful spot, the sites are nice and spacious, great fire rings and picnic tables. But believe the reviews, not the coverage maps, there is NO cell service. We have all 3 major carriers, antennas and boosters and as soon as you go down into the campground all service is gone. They do have a phone at the bathhouse if you need to make a call.

Our site (32) was great for our 39' fifth wheel, with plenty of room for parking our truck and extra vehicle. Easy to navigate just follow the signs to the campground. Visitor center was nice and staff very helpful, they do have wifi you can use there.

While it was a nice campground we need internet to work so we wouldn't stay here again.

This place is awesome if you like to boondock. Right on the edge of a lake and free. Pretty amazing.
We are 40ft long 5th wheel, our tow vehicle, another car, and had more than enough room. Friends came with a massive provost and got in great as well. This place can take almost any size unit and looks like it would be easy to get into even when it rains. The roads are all gravel but very hard packed. There is a train near, but not often, and didn't bother us. In the late afternoon and evening, the bugs did come out but seemed to go away when the sunset. There are fire rings at each site, you need to haul out what you bring in there is not a dumpster or running water. Also no dump station.

Best boondocking spot north of Lake Havasu City! A nice quiet area, a bit busy but everyone was friendly or kept to themselves. Our kids loved climbing all the hills that surround the first large area. There are berms that make it hard to find a way into the camping spots but there are a few spots bigger rigs can make it over.
