This place was really beautiful. I always tour the botanical gardens of any city I visit. I was a little shocked at the price: $20 to enter and $5 to park. It's definitely worth it, but maybe more expensive than some other gardens I've been to. But, I'm sure all that lawn and garden maintenance is expensive! A small price to pay for inspiration and dreamy reflection while you walk around.

This place is so unusual it is definitely worth a stop. Google maps brought me right to the grotto, but you have to look around to find the entrance a little. Go inside and look around.

I came here because I'm a professor at a Nursing and Health Sciences college and I know the nursing professors and our biology professors would think I was cool for appreciating this place. :) I teach Ethics, so I also think the tension between the religious and scientific beliefs over the rightness of dissecting a human body is interesting. If you like history, scientific moments in our history, and places with an unusual story, then this spot is for you.

It was very interesting to walk around in the home where Bill Clinton was born and raised. We all have memories of our childhood: the sights, memories of our home, our neighborhood. It's neat to know what some of Bill Clinton's memories must be.
