This is actually a review for southbound. Clean, nice shady picnic tables, separate parking for cars and trucks. Pretty decent considering you’re in South Carolina.

Whether you are a Star Trek fan or not, this is worth a stop. The town is all in with the theme, including memorabilia, space decor, and related signs. Friendly staff and a clean bathroom. Stop in, visit, and support them with a donation or buy a souvenir.

Great photo op and beautiful setting. Quiet and peaceful. The eye of the storm of our country in 2022.
Bring twine—you can add to it. We didn’t but wish we had. Fun to see. Don’t miss the paintings in “shop” windows with twine hidden in them.
DQ Grill here. Blizzard consumed, pecan log acquired! Very cold AC. State-shaped magnets.
Family-friendly hotel right near the Arch. Everyone working there was very friendly and went out of their way to help. Extensive breakfast and dinner buffets included with complimentary drinks. It sees a lot of traffic, so expect crowds. Overall, great option!
