Consistently clean, well-cared for park. All sites are pull thru, full hook-up. Beautiful hanging baskets of flowers & free fresh produce from their garden. Slight noise from freeway, but not bothersome. Friendly, helpful owners.

As other reviews stated the new owners are great! The park is clean and maintained well. Reasonably priced laundry ($1.50 to wash, $1.50 for 59 min. of dryer). Sites are decently spaced, green grass, gravel sites & road. Quiet. Owners were very helpful when we had tire issues. Would definitely stay here again. Near Dillon & Bannack state park.

Decent campground next to John Day river near where it joins the Columbia River. Sites 1-8 are parallel to the river, $35. Sites 9-22 are back in, $30. All 1/2 off with golden age pass. Water, electric & dump station. A "hair-pin" curve in the road might be tight for large rigs. Some noise from nearby freeway.

Variety of sites available from no hook-ups to full hook-ups. They are fussy about not checking in before 2pm. Decently spaced sites with grass & some trees. Blacktop roads & sites. Deer, rabbits & turkeys. Some sites are riverside but can't see river due to trees. Some noise from boaters. Price seems high for a state park. There is a paved path to town 5-6 miles away.

Back-in & pull-thru sites. Full hook-ups. Gravel road & sites, green grass & some trees. Sprinklers come on after midnight so don't leave your lawn chairs on the grass. : ) Clean restrooms & showers. Easy walk to docks, swim area. WiFi. Some noise from freeway. Recommend reservations in the summer as it was full when we were there in mid-September.

Nice place in a valley between tree-covered mountains. Some reservable sites & some FCFS. Power, no hook-ups for water or dump. Water available, but not to fill tanks. Flush toilets, no showers. Blacktop road & sites. Sites are fairly level & reasonably spaced. A resort with small store within walking distance. No phone service. A few pull-thru sites that would work for larger rigs. As best I remember most sites are back-in. Thanks to power being available there is no generator noise.

Clean park, full hook-ups. Gravel roads & pull-thru sites, some grass between sites. A few not-so-great permanent folks but park is well cared for. Close to service station & a few restaurants. We road our bikes to Grant-Kohrs ranch & the old Montana prison complex & definitely recommend seeing these.

It's a semi-level field, grass was mowed. No utilities, I think there was a trash can. Could ride a bike to town but would be a ways to walk. Rough road to get to field.

Nice motel & RV park, also has teepees available to camp in. Grounds are beautifully landscaped & cared for. Water, electric & dump station. Friendly owners, lovely country setting with mountains surrounding. Quiet. Wish it was closer to town but otherwise is perfect.

Well-maintained state park. Sites with no hook-ups to full hook-ups so check for what you want when reserving. Deer wander through & lots of squirrels. Few sites have lake views. Boat ramp & I think kayaks available to rent. Lots of trees, mountains. Blacktop roads & sites, picnic table & fire ring.
