Had a great time here in the summer of 2022. Highlight of our trip was floating down the little pigeon forge river in our own tubes. Very nice laundry room. Quiet.

Had the best time there in summer of 2022. Easy check in, very clean and safe feeling throughout our stay. Awesome pool and views. Christian owned. Excellent pontoon rental experience. Good size dog park.

Linda in the office was so nice on the phone. We stayed one night with family on the lot next-door. We stayed in lots 175 and 176. Flat gravel, perfect amount of trees, nearby creek. It was exactly what we needed. Would have stayed longer. Nice and quiet.

Used to love it here. Beautiful Mountain View, friendly staff, quiet. Now it seems as if they’ve hired some shady people and there are creeps lurking around. What sector be a beautiful place for a family walk is now an eye sore. Full timers who have overtaken it with their hoarding and unattractive yards. It was still quiet, which I appreciate, but could be so much better. It’s a shame. If only they’d restock the pond, there’d be something to do when the pool is closed.
