We truly found the park beautiful and the staff is the best . We also found the entire park very clean and well managed. We hope to come back and stay a week or so to enjoy the view and all the park has to offer

Unreal views. GET A GOLF CART really hilly but sites are great. Level as an arrow!!!
This is by far the nicest Campground we have ever stayed in! The views are amazing and location is not too far from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. All the sites are concrete and roads paved. Some sites have fireplaces instead of fire rings. Reserve your sites early as this place is usually pretty full. Laundry and bathrooms are kept really clean and workers do an amazing job of keeping Campground clean! We have stayed here a couple times and have already reserved our spot for our next visit! We will definitely stay here again and again and ..........!
Only had to pay $45 for the night, very nice showers. friendly helpful staff even after hours! Wash and dry a load of clothes for $4. very well landscaped and maintained
Stayed here on our cross country move for one night and we are so disappointed we couldn’t stay longer! This place is beautiful, amazing view of the lake and the staff is amazing!!! Definitely on my list of places to set as a destination to visit!!!
We stayed for one night on our way back to Texas from Maryland. We have a 41 ft. Imperial so we needed a larger space. Such a nice park that is very new and on a hill overlooking Douglas Lake on the south side of I-40 East of Knoxville and just East of Exit 407 to Dollywood and Pigeon Forge. Several miles on two lane from I-40 but worth the drive. 50 amp was excellent with no problems. Highly recommend this park. See below.
Directions - Take Exit 412 (Deep Springs Rd). From Asheville/Bristol area take a left off of interstate, coming from Knoxville area take a right off of interstate. Go about 3 miles to Hwy 139. Take a right on Hwy 139 and Anchor Down RV Resort will be about .9 miles on your left.
