Spaced sites, gorgeous settings and very clean. Beautiful pool and spa, real nice Jem! There were some real big rigs there, something like 44 foot so I highly recommend checking with the management

Clean, shaded and very well maintained. Sites are leveled and close enough to town, we were in site 51 and highway noise did not really bother. Very nice clean showers, 5 stars from us!

Great location and great host keeping guest inline with the rules. Super clean restrooms, just a great place to stay.

Huge broken branches and whole trees all over, some are dry so it might have happened a while ago, not clearing those creates an hazard environment.

I am quite surprised by the negative reviews, seems like people expect luxury in the woods for a cheap price. Stayed there for 2 nights on the creek site, and going back again. short of BLM and forest roads in the area it has a perfect location for reaching out 4x4 and hiking trails within 30 minutes. 4 Descent wineries around to spend the day and 10 miles out of Sedona, friendly staff allowed our friend and us for one back-in and one front parking so we can combine the fun. Dogs are welcome and there is a short trail great for a morning walk.
Could not ask for more, seriously!

very well maintained and spaced sites, unfortunately showers were closed on 9/15 as winter prep.

Some sites re tight but the location on the hill is incredible. Very helpful staff that does everything right

This is one of the best sites around. Sites are nicely spaced out, great views and great staff. Showers and bathrooms are clean and rules kept. Love it and will always go back

This is by far one of the best RV parks in the are. Not only Otis well priced, sites are NOT to close to each other like you would find in private park where you are breathing down you neighbors awning. Everything here is well maintained, very clean and great reception. We have been coming here every two to three months and love it. 5 stars lol the way!
