Extremely basic small RV park. Very rough uneven gravel roads & spaces. Full hookups. Very close to each other. No amenities; no bathrooms, shower, laundry. No office or staff on site. Poor site layout, making it difficult to get into & out of sites, even our pull thru. Our site didn’t even have a picnic table. Too close to the highway, very noisy, big rig braking noise often. Mostly long term residents.

This is boondocking at its best! Lots of sites, easy access, plenty of space in pine tree forest. We went down the road to the right past where everyone else was camping and found a nice quiet spot under the trees. The road was a bit rough to back that far but we managed. Great place to camp and visit Flagstaff, Sedona & Jerome.

As others have said, very accommodating, filled out paperwork, was told to park anywhere we wanted. There were a few big rig trucks & a couple class As. We parked to the far left of the lot. Lots of space & quiet enough to get a good nights sleep.
Very nice, well maintained campsite with fire pit and table. You can hear the river flowing from the campsite. Our site was large and spaced out nicely from the other campsites. No hookups but clean vault toilets and water available nearby. Never saw the camp host. The campground was quiet. A close drive into Pargosa Springs.

Stopped on our way home for a night, just looking for a quick stop off of Hwy 70. The road to the camp ground is very narrow heading down to the campsites. There is also a steep grade that is very sandy and bumpy. It’s difficult to find a place you can turn around before you hit the grade. The road seems to be used a lot by ATVs and is pretty torn up. Only the first campsite is accessible for an RV if you decide to chance it. There is a lot Hwy noise since you are only about 200’ - 300’ away from it. Once we got settled for the night my husband questioned whether we will be able to pull the trailer up and out because of the grade of the hill and the sand. Luckily our F150 in 4WD low managed it but it was slipping, sliding and shaking all the way up. We learned a valuable lesson to walk or ride a bike down to check it out first before driving an unknown, dirt road.

The Pads look like an old RV park with a lot of space between pads. Very quiet & very close to Death Valley National Park. Snowed on us 2/22/22!

We entered off of UT 9 without any problems. We arrived on a Monday and there were several spots open. The road was a bit rough but doable with our 26' TT and Ford F150. You are very close to Zion and the town of Hurricane. We went into town using UT 59 which was a bit smoother of a road so I would suggest using that road to access the area. It was very quiet in general and had great T-Mobile and Verizon service.

As everyone stated, just a flat spot off the road. Quiet enough, a few other campers, seemed safe enough. Several miles from Yuma. Nothing you would want to hang out at. Some trash, some pretty old rigs sitting around.

The staff is very polite & accommodating however for the grounds, pool & showers have not been well maintained. The landscaping around the main building is beautiful, the rest just weeds & rocks. Our site’s picnic table is old and full of splinters. The showers are clean but in need of updating. The pool is very poorly maintained. It has a liner that is stained, wrinkled in the bottom & the edging is cracked & filthy. For the price that is being charged I expected a better maintained park. It is located on Hwy 160 and there is a lot of road noise.
