We camped here for one night in December, water heaters were down, but they let us tent camp anyway. There were only a couple other parties there, we had the place largely to ourselves. Don’t expect to gather firewood here, it is all tiny shrubs, bring your own firewood and kindling if you want a fire.

We stayed here in early December in a quite chilly night. There were solid tent pads, fire rings, and picnic tables. This was one of our nicest BLM camp sites, and we had the place largely to ourselves.

We were also treated to a beautiful sunset and a wonderful array of stars.

Stayed here for one night in early December and were treated to incredible starry skies and a beautiful sunset at the Green River Overlook. There is a bathroom here and is a water fill-up station at the Island in the Sky Visitor Center (runs year round).
