We spent the night here on our way to Salt Lake City. Easy access and great AT&T cellular access/speed - 145/10 Mbps. Highway noice quieted down during the night.
There are several campgrounds around the lake it one wanted to stay longer and didn’t want to be next to the highway.

Stayed here in my Class A on my drive I5. Easy parking. Olive and olive oil selection is great. Not a lot of noise at night considering you are parked in a town near a gas station and a Safeway across the street. We asked inside if we could spend the night and was told it was no problem.
The Olive Pit serves up a wonderful Muffuletta sandwich.

We just spent the night and only saw 4 other travelers. All other sites were taken by people that look like they never leave. It is close to town with a great bike/walking trail into town. I would probably look for something a little farther out If town the next time we’re in the area.

Site Quality
The campsites are clean and well spaced with a fire pit and grill. We had no problem getting our 33ft motorhome and Jeep into a 40ft site.
Facilities
We went over to the movie theater for a short film on the history of the area and the Goulding’s training post. There is also a museum.
Location
The location is fabulous. It’s off the highway and tucked in-between large sandstone rocks. There is a short trail to an arch and viewpoint of Monument Valley.
Pet Friendliness
Pets are welcome at the campground. No dog park but I did see a few people letting their dogs have a bit of playtime together.
Cell coverage
While ATT had both voice and data signals the data was off-network which means after 24 MB your data access will be turned off. I was unable to get a Version signal at the campground even with my booster.

This campground is busy. You need to arrive early to see if someone is leaving and wait until they do or arrange to just leave you car or chair until they do. Once you get in it’s a good location for exploring the area. There are other campsites in the area but I needed the cell coverage.
Cell coverage:
ATT was 42 Mbps down and 3 Mbps up (with booster) otherwise 4 Mbps down and 0.5 Mbps up
Verizon was 19 Mbps down and 2 Mbps up (booster didn’t help)

This is a nice clean city park. The park asks for donations. No power available if that's what you need. Our dog enjoyed laying in the shade on the green grass. We camped at Wheatland City Park in a Motorhome.

You can pick any of the campgrounds in Jasper and get awesome views. Sites are well spaced and if you get one in the trees (our site wasn’t) then there is more privacy. Our site had great solar all day. ATT signal was good at 55Mbps down and 10Mbps up.
