A place or oddity like this exists in Tehachapi Ca. on Hwy 202 near Schot rd. there are about 30 horses, but they are smaller. The lady that owns the property has an antique store in town and I was telling her about it and she replied, yea, thats my property. She said it started all by its self. Then people just started adding horses over the years. They often blow over because we have high winds here. Some one, not her, stands them up after wind storms. Oddly these things just stay there, no one steals them.
The area here is quite amazing, California Poppy fields, snow, and thousands of wind generators about 200' tall. As well for the train enthusiasts there is the Tehachapi Railroad loop! The road to that starts next to the horse field.
No, I do not work for the Chamber of Commerce, I just love my town.
