We camped here on November 10, 2023. We almost had the place to ourselves. There were a few people fishing the edge of the lake and one other RV on the far side. Big sites. Dry camping only. $16. So much nicer than staying at a busy RV park.

This was a nice place to stop after a long day’s drive. It has a lot of amenities we didn’t use (pool, laundry, etc), but we appreciated the clean site and the hot shower. The free shuttle to the casino was great since it was such a cold evening, and we had a fantastic dinner in the sports bar while watching an OSU football game.
What a gorgeous campground! We were lucky to snap up a cancellation and reserved spot B-060 for four nights in mid-November. It’s convenient to walk to the visitor center where you can catch the shuttle to most of the trailheads. You can also easily walk into town or catch the Springdale bus. So convenient!
Beautiful spot! We stayed on Nov. 9, 2023 and almost had the place to ourselves. The lake was lovely and we enjoyed seeing the various waterfowl. It was quiet with just a hum from the highway in the distance. For $16/night, this place was a bargain. No hookups.
