Very convenient to the Lyndon B Johnson parks. Overnight parking allowed but not to exceed 24 hours. Covered picnic tables and clean bathroom. TXDOT WiFi available with slow speeds (1.1 Mbps download and 3.73 Mbps upload) but good for maps and email.

Plenty of level room to park. Lots of trucks overnight but we were able to be far enough away that it was not an issue. Well lit and security patrolled regularly.
Perfect quite spot not far off the main road. Plenty of room to turn around.

We were happy that the campground was open when many are not due to Covid 19. I would probably not choose to stay here again.
