This as our third stay at Vogel State Park this year. Our site was a pull thru and was very level. The baths are very clean and updated. We like that you can take several hikes right from the campground. This trip we had two bars of Verizon cell and you can get on the WiFi down by the camp office.

We stayed here for two nights while visiting Charleston. It is very convenient to Charleston. Our site was reasonable level and the bathhouse was one of the best we have had at a campground. There are miles and miles of paved biking and hiking trails. The cost is more and I normally like to pay but it was nice. There is a water park and splash area for the kids in the summer.

We had a nice back in secluded site with a little water view. The site was fairly level and the bath house was clean with nice showers. bath house was no to close

This is a nice National forest campground with some hiking trails around the lake.The Florida Trail runs right next to the campground. Our site was fairly level and the bath house was clean. Large well spaced site.

We found the site to be perfectly level and had some shade trees between the sites. The site needed to be blown off but other than that it was very nice. The bath house and showers could use a little better cleaning and some minor maintenance. The staff was very friendly. There was a fair amount of road noise mainly in the morning but really not bad with our AC running.

Nice campground, We had a it’s on the outside on the lake. Our site was VERY steep sloped tp the lake and all the pads were very narrow with some side drop off. The second night I hooked the trailer safety chains to the truck. I slept better. All of the sites weren’t quite as steep. There were hikes that could be done from the park.

This is one of our favorite Florida State Parks. There are lots of nice easy trails and kayaking on the Silver River is awesome. The site was level and spacious, the bath house was very clean.

We were told by two different campers that our site #15 was THE site to get due to the lake view. I just got lucky.It was the most level site I have ever had. Bath was clean but need some major TLC.

Very nice campground. We got a site that was on the far side perimeter. Most of the others are in the full sun. Ours was a pull thru site with electric. No water at the site. Nice large clean showers. We found out when we arrived at the park that you must have a vehicle pass that costs and additional $20 even if you are camping. It was in the fine print and makes one night stay quite expensive.
