Located about 1.5 hr due west of Great Falls, this is a nice dispersed camping area that is just east of the Rockies. We were there in Oct 2-4, 2021 and it was VERY dry conditions. Obviously no fires allowed in the dispersed camping areas. From the picture you can see the reservoir is well below normal levels. It should noted that there are cattle grazing in this area and cow patties are common. We found our Verizon to be little or no signal (if you walked up a nearby hill, you could get a signal, but not at our site or in our rig).

The roads to reach the dispersed camping circling the reservoir were a bit rough in spots. Pulling a 24' travel trailer, I finally had to turn around due to road ruts/conditions and pick one of the many spots available. As was noted by another reviewer, there may be some challenges getting a flat spot if there were more people, perhaps during a the summer season. We were fortunate to find a large and level spot. If you had a more capable vehicle, you should not have a problem going further and finding more spots

There is a primitive campground available a the reservoir which has pit toilets and some concrete pads available - I think the charge for that area was $10 or $15/night. I believe fires may have been allowed in this area. We used the pit toilets here, which were OK, a bit dirty and lots of flies but I've seen much worse. The roads to reach this spots were gravel and in good condition.

Overall we enjoyed the stay. It was very quiet at night. Some ATV's running around during the day.
We enjoyed a hike in the nearby mountains called the "Willow Creek Falls Trailhead" about an hour away drive.

We stayed here in early October 2021 as a last minute reservation. We opted to cancel our reservation up at Bryce due to cold and snow conditions up there and we did not want to deal with driving in those conditions with the rig.
Overall this is a nice, clean, newer small campground. Some back-in gravel and some paved/pull-through spots. The bathrooms were clean and modern construction. The dog run looked nice/grassy area adjacent to the office and bathrooms.
Wifi was available but for us a bit spotty. We were unable to stream TV consistently in the evening. A camper staying there longer term (who was adjacent to the office) told us they got great WiFi for streaming so perhaps it was location or perhaps it was the 2nd channel, not sure.
The site was a bit noisy due to nearby I-15 freeway. Inside the camper we did not find this and issue for sleeping but in October we had most windows closed and were running the heat. Summertime with windows open might be a noise issue for some.
Overall it was a pleasant surprise due to the last minute booking. We were able to do some great hiking at the North end of Zion in the Kolob Canyons area which was about 30 minutes north off of I-15. It was much less crowded than the main Zion valley down in Springdale and was still very beautiful.

This is a fairly typical freeway rest area. We arrived about 6pm on a Wednesday, late September and had no problem finding open slots on the Truck/Trailer side of the rest area. We stayed until early the next morning and left. Trucks came and went, so of course there was that noise, but that is to be expected. Because our 24' travel trailer requires the small slideout to be "out" to fully open the bed, I opened that up and biased the rig slightly to one side in the parking lines. No one bothered us and we had a good nights rest before travelling on.

We were just passing through, heading southbound on I-15 to Zion, so this was a convenient location to stop for a quick overnight. They only had pull-through sites available, so we took what we could get. It was a full hook-up site that was level and easy to pull-though onto. I used 30 amp hook-up, water and sewer, I don't recall if a 50 amp was available. The price was reasonable in my opinion.

The primary issue we had was that that some nearby campers were very loud, arguing late into the night, perhaps to around midnight. There was some concern that we had was that there might be violence, so we were happy to pull out in the morning.

We were just passing through, taking I-15 South through Montana in early October, 2021. The site was very narrow with another site right next to it. Fortunately being the off-season, no one else showed up in that site. Price was a little steep even with the Good Sam discount, but we were not in a position to shop around since we had booked it earlier that day.

The camp hostess was very nice and they did have a very nice, large dog run area.

Overall this place was great. We stayed here while visiting Zion NP, which is about 35 minute drive away.
The roads and sites are paved, reasonably wide. Bathrooms and showers were nice and clean, doors with security access codes on them. Laundry room was large with several functioning machines.
They are located in Hurricane which is not too far from I-15 and is a fairly large town with a Walmart, Ace Hardware, etc.
Overall my wife loved it and felt very comfortable here. I prefer being a little more remote, perhaps a bit less like a new subdivision, but overall I agree it was a high quality operation.

The provided us a coaxial cable for the cable hook-up since we had not brought one - which was very nice perk.

One small negative was that the site had no fire pit. The camp did have a large, gas-fired community fire-pit adjacent to the bathrooms where people sometimes gathered.

We were just passing through on our way to Montana in late September. This was a reasonably priced site, it was nice an level blacktop with lots of spacing between sites. We only had a 30 amp electrical hookup. The bathrooms were clean and showers were hot. We used the dump station on exiting with no issues.

There were plenty of open sites at this point and I would have liked to stay longer but we had to move on. I should also note that the campground was also very quiet. I would gladly stay here again.

This campground was in the "OK" category although we wouldn't stay here again unless there were no other good options. It is in downtown Moab which is a very busy resort/high-adventure town with lots of restaurants, motels, shopping, etc. etc. The big plus is that it is only 15 minutes south of Arches NP main entrance and 40 minutes from Canyonlands NP (Island in the Sky road). In the future I would consider driving a bit more if we could find a nice campground with a bit more peace and quiet.

We had a pull-through site with full-hook-ups. We had enough room for our 24' Travel Trailer, the F150,and for a small slide-out, but not much extra room to spare. Overall its packed pretty tight.

Cable TV hook-up was available and we used it, no issues there. The bathroom was overall clean but very busy.

Because this campground was very close to the main road through Moab (Hwy 191) and also close to downtown, there was a fairly high noise level during day and evening hours. There was a general "buzz" of noise.

Finding this place was a little challenging. It's located directly behind a Texaco gas station on the east side of 191. The entrance drive is basically immediately to the south side of the gas station but north of the small creek running across 191.
