As soon as you enter there are a few nice private spots. We took the deep rutted road- was able to make it with our small teardrop trailer, but most of the people who head back that way are tenting.

Our space had trees and a nice view of the mountains. Nice and private.

The side with the view of the mountains was beautiful, although windy and a bit hot. The other side is more for sunset views. Some of the areas have nice trees you can pull in through.

Most sites are spaced apart nicely and very private. We heard the cows but they didn’t walk through our site.

Yes, the road is rough. But we did fine with our Subaru Outback and small teardrop trailer.

The current owner was friendly and accommodating. I called when we were an hour away. The WiFi was great, as we had to be on a Zoom meeting. Electric hookup was great. Bathroom was clean and water was hot! And they took precautions due to Covid-19, which I really appreciated. Camp host was really friendly too.

Definitely what we needed on our trip. Thank you!

C loop doesn’t have electric, which is fine with out style of camping. Site was good. Bathrooms I give a C+, one I’d the reasons I’m giving 4-stars. (Also not all the park is dog friendly, like certain loops and the Wildflower part).

But water was hot, and they have a sink for washing dishes. So loved that. Enjoyed the trails.

I’m a local- had been to the beach once before, which I think is always crowded. But this was our first time camping and exploring. We’ll be back.

It didn’t matter to us that our site was t on the other side of the road from the lake, as we didn’t come to boat. We had no problem walking down there with our dogs to explore.

Bathrooms were very clean. Water was hot. And they had a sink attached to that building for doing dishes. Our spot had strips of forest on both sides to give us privacy from our neighbors. Nice and shady… but we should have positioned our camper in a better way for solar. 923, and many on that side of the loop, has a clearing behind it that goes way back and makes you feel like you have a big space.

Our dogs did well there. It was a great base location for exploring Lake Cuyoga, seeing some wineries and exploring the waterfall parks.

We were right on the lake. Nice sized camp sites. And electric. Don’t have to worry about bears here.

Bathrooms were not great. Bath house was a little better but also not great. But shower was good.

At first, we were super disappointed with our spot 5. It was on top of a crag, more or less. If the sun is out, you will get baked. That grouping you definitely can’t have a big rig. We did have views of the lake a little. Restrooms were great. Water is hot. They had a place for washing dishes also. If the spots say tent only, they mean it.:. And they are pretty cool spots.

Locals also said this was one of their favorite parks. It was a good base for us to explore around also. I’d stay at the park again, but now I know the spots I’d want.

Sites have good space. Even though not on main beach, the back beach was a great, and close for all sites on our loop. Views are great, and we had a fun day with our dogs on a sandbar-island off the informal beach with our dogs. Was walkable from the beach, only getting waist deep.

They come around twice a day selling ice and wood for a reasonable price.

The bathrooms were dirty. Not impressed there. Shower house (toward beginning of camp) had good heat and pressure.
