Easy hop right off RT 80! This was a one night stopover for us and probably the most impressive amenities I’ve seen in a KOA so far. Loved the bike park and pump track- it was totally unique and well maintained. The bounce pillow was in excellent condition and had an attendant. The wooden playground was GORGEOUS! Store was very cute and stocked. Staff was helpful. Only con, our FHU pull through site was very close to other sites and on a steep hill. We managed to stay hitched up but it was challenging. That said, we will def stay here again.

We stayed for a week he already booked for next year. We stayed in a standard back in site for most of the week and then a premium site for 2 nights. The experiences were both positive but night and day. The standard site was well equipped, clean, but tight. It backed up to steel vengeance and was a wild experience hearing coasters and screaming well into the night. The premium site was amazing! It had lake views, more space and was luxuriously large with its built in fire pit and beautiful furniture. Definitely highly recommend a premium site. The beach by the resort and ability to go in and out of the park during the day was well worth the higher cost of this park.

We stayed here Labor Day weekend for 2 nights at site 156. Having been to the Jellystone Lazy River in Gardiner NY, this was a completely different experience .

Pros:
availability- we booked a FHU site for Labor Day weekend without any problem. And no minimum night requirement.
Activities- the water park and pool were nice and we loved the DJ and kids party. Plus the on premises travel bar, Alcohauler was very festive
Cost- we paid $100 per night for the cheapest back in site. It seemed like a decent price.

Cons:
Cramped-Big rigs close together
Loosely Goosey - No security gate or bracelet requirement. This means anyone can invite their 15 cousins and 4 pickup trucks to their site. And they did! It was a little too much
Dirty- lots of little pieces of trash were everywhere all over our site. It was gross.

We stayed 2 nights here primarily because it is very kid centered. The fun zones seemed pretty dated however and really need a major refresh. The R/C track was a huge hit, but again, a little shabby. Sites were very wooded, muddy, spaced out fine, and level. Overall it was a decent campground, but overpriced in my opinion for the quality.
