Came in late, it's the middle of nowhere so felt spooked but always carry protection. Felt much safer. Signs of people here probably over the weekend, ammo shells and wood. Nobody here now though. Very private.

The lady inside was super nice and super helpful. Showers were nice. Dryer ruined our clothes. Decent location especially if you wanna mountain bike.

Guard came over to us very quickly and told us they still weren't allowing boondocking in the lot. Something about capacity issues and too much trash being left behind? Bummer

No shade. Hot. No generator use. Loop B has electric. Lots of wildlife. Birds. Small mammals. Deer with babies. No Verizon coverage.

Nice park but man you cannot eat or cook outside at all. The yellow jackets swarm you almost instantly. Some sites are fairly unlevel. 20 was fine but tight fit for a rig. Got my 25ft class c in fine. 2 bar LTE confirmed..

We were close to both neighbors but didn't bother us. Beautifully wooded. The camp host Trudy was a gem. We found a cancellation by chance when arriving the 2nd time here and got 3 nights. Amazing location. Great cell reception. Good access to the trail to the lake. Kinda far for walking a kayak or other lake vehicle.

There is no service as reported however. My gf works from home and thought this would work out. We had to drive up to sunrise point to get service for both at&t and verizon.

We camped all the way down and down the hill south of the Dam. Great mountain views and river views. Mosquitos weren't too bad. Lots of people but still felt private (never actually saw anyone only tents vehicles and rigs).
