Lucky to score 1 of 6 RV sites. There are sites on dirt roads branching off before camp and further out; note many are not level and sticky clay mud following an afternoon thunderstorm. Bathrooms were clean and stocked. Sites very level. 4 parties tenting in center. Most folks good about dark skies, using red lamps. Bring a pad and sleeping bag and lie under the stars! It was super amazing view of the stars, planets and Milky Way. Good T mobile LTE service 2-3 bars.

This KOA is at a great crossroads for many SW or western adventures. Lots of space in October, and can arrive late - they leave all the info for you at the office, and can check in remotely via internet. Spaces are level with utilities, but no real landscaping. Bathrooms and showers are clean with hot water, not luxurious but get the job done. close to gas and food if necessary. From a security standpoint the facility is well lit but it never gets dark at night. And the train which runs nearby can be loud. But for a one night travel stay works well

We stayed 2 nights in our 19 foot camper van, site 44, very level site with a vista of Ute Mountain, Shiprock, and the plains in between. Neighbor on 1 side only. Picnic table but no fire pit. We were here for the annular eclipse which was perfect! Great view, no clouds, and the owners had a donut and coffee party for the guests. The owners are super friendly, nice little gift shop with swag and local beef. Great bathrooms, warm, big showers and places to put your clothes - well thought out. A little 1 mile hiking trail around the property, and Dolores is only 5+ miles away if you need supplies, beer, or a post office. Wi-Fi reasonable for non-streaming applications. Close to Canyons of the Ancients, San Juan NF, Hovenweep, etc. Loved it.

This is a great place. Host Matt was super personable and helpful. We had a great site (44) for a smaller rig (camper van) with a spectacular view of Ute mountain and the plateau, especially with T-storms and sunsets. Site was very flat with water/power/sewer. Bathrooms are close, showers are great!, and there are 2 bathhouses. The wifi actually works! Campground is quiet, there are also tent campers and glampers. There is also a communal grilling pavilion and fire pit available to all; i only saw one person take advantage of the fire pit (chilly and windy in the PM). Would love to come back and explore the surrounding area further

One night visit after a long day of driving, had a rez and all the info was texted and also an envelope with map and info left at the office for an after-hours check in. Site was level, well kept, neighbors quiet. Bathrooms and showers were spacious and easy to access. Nice to head north in the AM and not fight Salt Lake traffic. Would return again.

Arrived and got a warm welcome, lots of info and free wristbands for the hot springs - live music some nights - but we didnt go as were tuckered out. But sounds like fun. Sites were largely level, clean and neat, and the campground was pretty quiet. Nice bathrooms and showers. Wi-Fi OK but not super fast - phone hotspot (5G t mobile) was faster. A good place for a short stay, a bit off the beaten path from downtown Bozeman

Close to the highway but without road noise. Staff super friendly. Sites are large with many semi-permanent RVs, trailers, and single wides/mobile homes. About half full early in the season. Plus lots of cabins. Power water dump at each site, sites could be a bit more level but are graveled and easy to pull through. Nice showers and bathrooms. Wi-Fi mediocre due to a windstorm, say they are fixing. This place must be rocking in the summer! Lots of birds and bunnies

Stayed 3 nights so we could refill water and dump tanks and stretch our LPG a bit further by plugging in. Nice small park, homegrown, sites mostly level - needed blocks for our van - gravel, picnic tables, and full back in utilities. Tight packing, but we were gone during the day at the parks. Neighbors mostly quiet, some appear longer term, some short termers. Tent sites further down the hill. Nice little walk to River and a natural pool on the property - about a foot deep and muddy bottom, but easy for a hot day. There are 4 showers, 2 bathrooms - enough given the big RVs in most of the sites, but could be a logjam if the park was full. Bathrooms/showers clean but no frills.

Check in with Deonna was great, full of pep and gave us the full run down.

About 10 minutes from Sequoia, we drove up to Kings through Visalia and it was a bit more than 90 minutes, as the road through the park was still closed from snow. Kings canyon still had 1-2 feet on the ground, but Grants was open and a few other trails.Check the road closures before you come.

I would stay here again - easy access with utilities to the park is great.

Had a great few days at Manzanos. Easy to check in, sites level, nice landscaping, and utilities easy to access. A mix of long and short termers. Wi-Fi pretty good, dropped once or twice but largely adequate for email and downloads. Only negative is just one combined toilet and shower room, so have to wait for others for showers or if not using the toilet in your rig. But large laundry facility. Only a few easy miles to Silver City with lots to see and do there, and less than 2 hrs from Gila Cliff dwellings. Staff very pleasant.

The staff is super friendly at check in, provided clear information about the facility, pools, sites, etc. Sites level and easy to access. In mid-October there were quite a few open sites. The bathrooms and showers are clean and roomy. If you have a hankering to eat out try Side A brewing in LaGrande, fantastic burgers and a great selection of brews made on site.
