This this is a tough review for me. In all honesty I might give it just under 4 stars. I’ll start with the positive. This is a new but small campsite. Just under 40 sites. Everything is new and clean. All the facilities are excellent. The staff is really friendly. WiFi is excellent all over the campsite. Now the negative. Not all but a lot of the sites are very tight. My slide is almost touching the neighbors picnic table. The dog run/park is only a 10’x10’ grass area. Dogs cannot even run. Most of the sites don’t even allow for the tow vehicle to fit on the site most people park vehicle sideways in the road which can be a pain to get rvs in and out of sites. It is pretty close to I 10 but everything else is at least 30 min away. It excellent for overnight stay. Would probably only stay here if I couldn’t get in anywhere else. Overall updated new clean campground. Tight sites make it difficult to want to come back.

I looked at some of the google reviews and was nervous about staying here. It was not my first choice. This campground was surprisingly nice. They did do some things old school. Had to call for reservations and they would not provide me with email confirmation which made me nervous. Everything turned out fine. A very clean campground. The staff was friendly. Easy on off interstate which some complained about noise but I did not hear any during the night. Sites were paved and fairly leveled and I felt you were not right on top of your neighbors. The convenience to downtown and Biltmore was amazing 10 min drive. $12 dollar Uber ride. The only negative I can say which was not a big deal for me was water spigot was low to ground which could prove difficult hookup for some. Given price and ease of access to local atractions. I would definitely stay again. WiFi was pretty good too.

I think we set the bar pretty high this was our first campground we stayed at in a six week journey. My wife had to work during our stay and we had a Wi-Fi repeater right behind our site so we got excellent WiFi. Plenty to see and do around the campground. It was about a 15 min drive to most areas of Savannah. Uber was about 15 dollar each way. There is a train yard nearby so you can hear trains all throughout the night but nothing that kept us up.

We stayed here for 3 nights and stayed in site 113. It was considered a premium site because it was near the office, store, and pool. This campground is huge and some sites are tight and in level none in this area were that way. There are over 300 sites so I’m sure you can find what you are looking for. I would take away 1/2 star if I could but only because for this area they advertised free WiFi which they had but it was horrible. I guess that is to be expected with campgrounds. Luckily my wife still had other means to get her work done. Also for these premium sites there were no bathhouses or laundry. We had to drive to another loop. With all that said I would most definitely stay here again. There is so much to see and do within the park and Atlanta is only 35 min drive depending on traffic.

I knew this place would be great. Didn’t feel the sites were to tight. They were later out in a weird configuration. Everyone was so nice. About 20 min to downtown. $20 Uber ride. If we ever make it back this way I don’t think I would consider any place else. The nightly music was awesome.

You can’t beat the proximity to US Space and Rocket Center. The price is good for a full hookup campground. It does need a little attention with the potholes and electric is a bit dated but nothing that ruined our stay. I did hear that some of the lower elevation sites could flood if it rained hard. Although it did not rain sites 11-14 could have that problem. Sites 22 and 24 have the best view of the kids from space camp shooting off their rockets. Warning they do start early around 8am so if you want to sleep in choose a site a bit farther away. All in all a clean roomy no frills campground for a good price.

I was reluctant at first to stay here but it got pretty good reviews so we decided to go ahead and try it. It was a great clean campground. The pool was nice. The staff was nice. It was so close to all the attractions. Even Gatlinburg was only about 20 min away. Would definitely stay here again. The only bad thing is you do not get very good Verizon service but that is not the campgrounds fault.

We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend. It was one of the only places we could get in as all the state parks were full. Due to coronavirus all of their amenities were shut down. The pool was open with limited capacity and limited hours. This wasn’t really a problem. They had a no contact check in and check out procedure Which was very well organized so we really didn’t have any contact with staff other than the few phone calls we made to the office prior to our stay. The park was extremely clean and well kept. You do have people that live here year round and seasonal. The sites were close to one another but was no different than most other private parks or KOAs. It was mostly an older crowd but there were some families with children. I spoke to some residents who said there isn’t a spot to be had during the winter months due to all the snow birds. This park is located right next to I95. We didn’t hear too much highway noise maybe the occasional loud vehicle. From inside our rig we could not hear any of it. We stayed in site 101 which was considered a premium site and was directly across from the pool and bath house. Would definitely come back when more things are open but it made for a great weekend.

This Rv resort has huge spacious sites. We got a premium site which means concrete pad and concrete patio. The were running a special until September. Buy one night get one free. We had the whole campground pretty much to ourselves. There were only 10 RVs here and I don’t think there were people in all of them but it is the middle of the summer in Florida. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars and it’s not really the resorts fault. Is the bugs at night ate us alive. I had a campfire bug spray and citronella candles going and they were relentless. But again it was the middle of the summer. Despite that I would still come back.

We really liked this campground. It had a Fort Wilderness vibe to it. Everything was very clean and updated. It is a huge campground. About 300 sites. Some people are long term but it was all Rv sites. The WiFi was excellent. The staff was very friendly. I imagine this campground gets busier during the winter months. It was only a 15 minute drive to silver springs state park. We would definitely stay again.
