Nice, open campsite with a picnic table and fire ring. The pathway from Laurel Run Rd to access the campsite is at a sharp angle with the road. Some elect to arrive from the north and then back down the pathway but would be challenging with out a spotter. I drove past and turned around at S4(largest and flattest campsite on Laurel Run rd) and drove down the the campsite with put me in a difficult turnaround situation with my SUV and 18 foot trailer. A friendly ranger came and spotted me as I turned around. Otherwise a very good stay, campsite is on a slight slope but manageable. Nice, quiet area a short drive from many popular hikes.

Perfect for my 18' trailer. Looks like new stone was recently spread. Would be rough to sleep on in a tent. Picnic table was a little wobbly but I tightened up the bolts then it was good. Fire ring was in good condition. Cute town of Milford was close by and Delaware Water gap was only a short drive past that. Site was a little dusty from the gravel road and cars driving by.

Campsites were open, clean and many sites backed up to the water which was nice for fishing. But didn't catch anything. Nice beach, boat ramps, and playgrounds. Kayak trail is nice and a manatee came right up to my kayak! But due to a low tide I couldn't do the first part of it so check out the tide ahead of time. Arrived and the no see ums made me think I was going to have to leave but thankfully the weather dropped into the 40s at night and it was blowing 15-20 so they were kept at bay. The bugs are so small they slip right through the screens on your camper so had to have windows closed, and air conditioner on even though it was really cool out.

Sites were mostly level, ATT cell service was excellent (150Mbps up/30 down), Verizon was was poor. Short hike down to the water from the Elk and Miles loops. Nice hike out to Turkey point light house. Bath houses were clean. Nice hot shower with good pressure. Disappointed that playgrounds were all closed but looked to be in good condition (no construction happening yet but closed for renovations).

Nice wooded sites with palms, mangroves, and other trees. Sites were well kept, level, and clean. Bath houses were adequate. Beautiful beachs, great kayaking, biking and walking trails. Will definitely stay here again if in the area! You have to pay $5 per day for fire pit rental which is just a galvanized wash tub. Bring your own firepit or buy a galvanized wash tub or other cheap fire container.
