First thing to say is it is off the beaten path, but all the roads are blacktop and good. This is a private owned place behind a brick house.
The site was level and easy to back into. It could use some cleaning up. Leaves and such.
The pool is very nice. A cute playground beside it.
Bathrooms are new and very clean and well maintained! It also has a nice laundry room.
The water pressure was great!
WiFi was good too.
It looks like the majority of people were out of town tags that worked in the area. But no full time settlers.
If we are in this area I will go back for a night.
For the cost it was worth going a little out of the way.
We woke up to roosters crowingđ

This is nothing but a place to hook up electric. Itâs very convenient and just past Wall. The grounds are well kept but parking lot needs gravel. No tables or water but a very clean restroom with vending machines available 24/7. We would stay here again but only to park. There is no trees or anything special here. We went to the Bad Lands and Wall then youâre done. Time to move on after that. Itâs a good value.

Itâs a nice state park. The grass was kept naturally too high. About two feet high. I think itâs the way they keep it. Not from neglect. The camp sites are very clean. Level with everything you need. Our site had no view and was too sunny but thatâs what you get last minute.
I took pictures of the view from a short walk.
They have coin shows and coin laundry and clean restrooms. Iâm giving it a four star because it has no sewer or water. Just electric.

This is NOT FREE. If you want electric. Itâs 27$ if you do. It is a parking lot. They do let people dry park though. The restaurants suck at the Casino, which is what we wanted to do since we were boondocking. We went to two restaurants at just before 8. The first was only serving a âsenior specialâ, which was a hamburger, pasta salad and chips. Some healthy senior meal huh? So we went to the other restaurant and never got waited on. We went back to the camper and heated up my homemade chili.
This park is mostly people that live there. It was easy to pull into the space and hook up( full hook up) easy to get in and out, which was our main concern, since we were passing through to stop and visit family. The place was clean and the pool and bathrooms were very clean, as well as the dog park.
Because of the âresidentâ trailers I canât give this park a good score as an RV traveler. Itâs not a place we would stay to relax because itâs treeless and basically a trailer park, but we would stay because it was clean, fast and level. A drop off spot if you are vacationing.
Cell coverage was good but cable did not work at all.
Location to the downtown is very far out.... just an FYI. But not far from the interstate.
It was less expensive than the ones closer to town.
We felt safe and had no issues with that as well as noise. Itâs nice and quiet out here with no traffic and quiet people.

This is a nice family owned park that was in the middle of Zion and Bryce Canyon. We wanted to visit both parks so this was a neutral location. It had small green spaces for each camper with a picnic table. A little close together but we were ok because of the grassy spaces in between. Clean restrooms and showers and a cheap laundry. 1.50$! We felt relaxed and comfortable here. Nothing luxurious but for the location it is a good place for the money. We got ok WiFi. We streamed movies on Prime at night with no trouble. Sprint was slow. There is a good little store to get supplies for a reasonable price. They even had fresh produce!

A friend recommended this place and we were passing through. It was a nice level pull through site that was gravel. Had a grass area and clean picnic table. The dog park was nice and the large covered area with big comfy rocking chair.
The best part is that they provide a free shuttle to the Big Texan steak house! We took it and got a big steak and a limo with long horns brought us back to our trailer! It was a big plus!
Also they provide coffee and donuts at the office from 8-9:30!
Cell coverage was good too.

We were just passing through with our 26 foot travel trailer and truck. This place is very well maintained and in the middle of the desert it have great shade trees! The sites are spacious and such a green park! It is surrounded by a golf course and backs up to a river that boats were docking it. Our internet was good and the sites are all blacktop. There is electric and water but no sewer.
We biked three block to get a burger and shake at the Chow Houndđ and enjoyed an evening here. Bathrooms are clean too.

This is nothing but a trailer park for people living in a camper. Tarps, junk, even an outdoor freezer.
Over priced!
Nothing there but a nasty nasty bathroom and full hook ups with a run down campsite.
No discounts.
Skip this place if in the area!
