As everyone said, clean, well designed and easy to find your spot. Didn’t seem noisy to me as some have said. Staff is professional and helpful. Gym is light but serviceable (and warm).

It appears they are attempting to update an older park (and maybe stopped?). 50 bucks a night gets you a level and paved back in spot. Pool appears under construction and was closed. Attached laundry was about 5 bucks for a wash and dry. It was dirty, unkept, and appears heavily used perhaps by more than the long-term rentals. Road noise was not insignificant. Wouldn’t have been bad if it was 25-30 bucks, but there are no amenities (sketchy swing set and small place for dogs to poop).

Quiet, comfortable, and very spacious park. T-Mobile was 4/5. 30 a night for water and electric.
