Nice area in the pines. Here July 2 2019 one night. Lots of room with several fire rings to chose from. Had the place to ourselves basically with only one other camper around. Road in is a little bumpy but not to much trouble with our 16foot trailer. Pick a spot at the start of the road since the further you go the rockier and worse the road gets.

Beautiful place. Redwoods nice sites. I can agree with other review the road in is tight. Anything much bigger than our 16 foot trailer would really be a challenge getting between some of the tight spots. Some hwy noise during the day but drops off a lot at night

This place was just gorgeous. Higher elevation so area looked like springtime. Beautiful forest and meadows. Lots of roads for biking. Just beyond campgrounds up well graded road was lots of really nice boondocking spots with fire rings. The lake is popular spot for fishing and we saw a lot of fish being caught. Fishing area is a good distance from campgrounds so no noise from that at all. Very friendly host

Beautiful campground very well cared for and clean. Friendly and professional camp host young guy but did a very good job. Nothing negative about our stay . Ever in the area again will stay here again

Beautiful campground. Lots of redwoods and greenery. Seems well kept for the most part. Had nice showers and a dump station always a plus. Couple of miles from Hwy 101 down in canyon so no road noise at all. Friendly gate keepers and camp host would stay again for sure. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Camped here September . Had the place almost to ourself only a few other campers. Beautiful redwoods in campgrounds nice and clean utilities showers no dump station. Visitors center and other closed for season. Nice place to stay a little road noise since it’s close to hwy101 not bad a night though

Stopped here for a night between Ebbets pass and Tioga pass. Really nice campgrounds friendly and helpful host. Might be a little tight for larger rv . Ours is 16foot . I think 20/22’ would work but much larger might be a challenge. Just up hwy395 on the hwy108 about5 miles or so. Half price with senior pass also a plus. Does close mid October as with most on the Sierra passes it seems.
