Confirmed by 2 users | Last reported on May 31, 2021Stopped here for a night between Ebbets pass and Tioga pass. Really nice campgrounds friendly and helpful host. Might be a little tight for larger rv . Ours is 16foot . I think 20/22’ would work but much larger might be a challenge. Just up hwy395 on the hwy108 about5 miles or so. Half price with senior pass also a plus. Does close mid October as with most on the Sierra passes it seems.

Spacious sites with mix of sun & shade. Some road noise from Hwy 108. campground road is bumpy and tight in places. Clean vault toilets. No water here anymore.
Note: Main campground sign with name is missing off Hwy 108, use the small brown tent sign to find the entrance road (38.361001, -119.472583).
To access the river, follow a short trail through the campground, then walk along the highway shoulder a short distance then cross — be careful, cars are traveling fast.

We like to hike and fish in the area. Road in and around sites can be dusty. Nice place gif a couple days. Not sure I’d bring in anything much over 30’. Bugs were annoying in July after a wet winter.
