I would simply say ditto to the previous review. While it is an unimproved campground the State has put in a new, clean vaulted toilet. You come here to scatter dry camp and take in the therapeutic views.

While down on the Canyonlands and Monument Parks area we camped at Dead Horse on a friend's recommendation. This is a terrific camping experience. Forget Devil's Garden in The Archs, we think the views here are much better. You are overlooking the convergence of the Colorado and the Green rivers, quite spectacular. They have power (a good thing in the warmer months) but no water. There are flushing restrooms and ability to access drinking water is not a problem. Highly suggest making a reservation (reserve america) but thee are a couple of sites always set aside for walk ups.
