We needed a place with electric for a night while passing through.
The phone was answered right away and we had no problems getting a spot. Prices are high, as I’m finding is common all over Montana.
The park is neat and tidy. Nice garden near the front, office also has local products attractively arranged and games for use. Very pleasant place to spend some time. There’s disc golf here, which we love, and a central bathroom/shower which was very clean. Everything is gravel/ but well kept.
Long sites so we didn’t need to unhook, and they had no issue with our second vehicle. Very open, though quite a few shade trees. Grass at every site. There’s laundry and ice available.
This seems to be a wonderful place to spend a few days or just an overnight like us.

This is a fantastic campground for the price! We arrived during daytime hours and Dave quickly showed us the water fill up and to our spot. There isn’t water on site- but the potable fill up is easily accessible. The campground is split in half- bathrooms/showers (clean and nice though out dated) and tennis and basketball court and playground and pool are all on one side of the highway and our site is on the other. Our site area was very quiet and spacious- lots of grass in between sites. Super long, didn’t need to unhook the truck, and could park our second vehicle there too. Fire pits and picnic tables and a lovely walking/biking trail with fitness equipment. There’s a very unique sculpture park down the road- and a beach lake state park close by.
Great for a quick overnight, or a few days rest. Highly recommend!

We have traveled fulltime for 2.5 years. All four of my boys rate this campground in their top 5, and one boy rates it as his all time favorite. We stayed here with RPI so the rate is only $30 per night. This campground has every amenity you could want! And they are all well kept. There is a huge golf course on site, a massive 18 hole disc golf, a pitch n putt pasture golf, and mini golf. There’s pickle ball courts, pool, hot tub, gas and diesel on site, a grill/restaurant, the dog park is the best we’ve ever seen, horses, horse camp for older kids, tons of paved sidewalks for riding bikes and rollerblades, an amazing (staffed!) rec center with ping pong and pool and football etc. Security rides around day and night. Most sites are concrete and asphalt, though we were put down in the gravel sites. However, it was less than half full and EXTREMELY quiet. The bathhouses are incredible and well kept with hot water and great water pressure. There isn’t a single thing I would add to this place. We stayed for almost a week, and the kids wanted tot stay all summer.
