This campground is at a working farm, which is cool. There are u-pick farms, I-pick flowers, petting zoo (poor animals are in not the most sanitary conditions, unfortunately), train ride (this was broken), buggy ride, farm market, ice cream shop and small eat shack. Campground is fairly empty most of the time we were there and it is lacking. Weeds all over gravel pads, ant piles everywhere, bathrooms were not clean (again campground was empty so no reason for dirty bathrooms). KOA campground host was very friendly. Kids playground and game area was cute with small lake and free Kayaks. They had pavilions with benches and barbecues. Dog park was huge, which our dogs loved!!! There’s no pool. We stayed at site 72 and it was long enough for our big rig plus truck. Water pressure was good and no issues with power or sewer. Verizon cell quality was intermittent but we were able to stream TVs. As it is a farm, it is in the country with shopping and things about 30-40 mins away.

Pretty well kept campground with concrete pads. Some sites have big drop off to the lake but beautiful views. We were in pull through site 102 and it fit our 45’ fifth wheel with dually truck, bikes and golf cart spaciously. Bathhouse was very clean. Wifi was good to stream, good water pressure and no issues with electric or sewer. The water park Is great for families and so is the beach area (the water park is extra charge but beach pass included in camp stay). Those areas can be better maintained and cleaner, but there was Ana event so there were many people there. Saw several deer everyday and the golf course is too notch. Beautiful fireworks display on Saturday! Take or rent a golf cart because Margaritaville is huge!

This is a smaller park with tight stops in a good location near the main drag in Pigeon Forge. We were in site 99 and thank goodness it was close to the end to make it easier to get into our site. We have a 44 foot fifth wheel so a smaller rig will be just fine in this park. The site itself was good. It was long enough for our big rig and dually parked in front of it, which is always a plus. No problems opening our slide outs on both sides. Full 50 amp hookup on our site but make sure you bring a rubber sewer ring. We had to purchase one from our last RV trip so luckily, we already had one. Water pressure was good and had good campground WiFi for steaming. Didn’t use cable but our neighbors had issues with their cable. This site is good because it is away from the main road. There are sites right off the main road which could be very noisy. Dogs allowed but we didn’t bring ours. They are several campgrounds in this immediate so do your research. The KOA near by looked fun for kids. There was another campground nearby with some sites right on the steam which would be great. All in all, I wouldn’t stay here again just to try out another campground with a big more space to get in and out easier.

We stayed in Dec 2020 on site 101 which is a 50 amp water and electric only pull through on gravel. Site was level and had a picnic table. Power and water were on same side. Since we were only staying for an overnight trip to rest for the night we didn’t get sewer also but they do have plenty of site with it. We did not use laundry or bathroom facilities. We could not get WiFi to work but they say it is available. We have our own so we ended up just using ours.Crystal (campground office staff) was amazing and very kind. The campground looked nice and was perfect for overnight stay only 1.5 miles off I-75 with no noise. Our pull through site was not tight with no trees around as this seemed to be a newer part of the campground. Our site was almost long enough to keep our Ford F-350 and 44 ft toy hauler attached to it. I would definitely recommend for a short stay. Cannot really say enough for a long stay but on the map it says it has pet playground, petting zoo, pavilion, camp store and catch and release pond.

We stayed here in July 2020 for an overnight stay before heading up North. It’s a quaint Campground right off interstate 75. Nice office staff who drove us directly to our site. Full hook-ups. Most sites are very long pull throughs for easy access, especially with a big rig (such as our 44 ft fifth wheel). Grass, no concrete pad, but was level and freshly cut. We paid an extra $2.00 for 50 amp, but it was only $29 for the night ($27 for 30 amp). There is a laundry and bathhouse, but we did not utilize. Verizon service was good, with no issues. Did not try cable TV, but they have it. They sell propane on site. Office is open until 6PM, after that the late night arrivals are specific sites with only 30 amp service (bring a converter if you need 50 amp if you are planning on getting there later). Quiet (except some interstate traffic noise), clean grounds, pet friendly. Would recommend for a quick overnight stay. Diesel and gas stations around corner.

This park is close to a lot but not in the middle of the craziness. Back-in Sites are on level concrete pads, but are rather narrow for big rigs with slide-outs on both sides. There are two small pools and lots of different amenities for kids and families to do. Beach is a short drive away with restaurants and shops nearby. We met great friends there. we went during COVID-19 and office was closed, so it was a little difficult to get in touch with office staff but they were really friendly when we spoke to them. My only complaint is that there were a ton of red ants in our site and our friends site. Can take golf cart and bicycles to ride around park. Right next to ZooWorld, which was a nice experience. Water pressure, power and WiFi was good. WiFi was not good enough to stream though. Site was easy to get in and out of.

This is a small campground that is perfect for an overnight stay as it is right off I-75. We stayed overnight in large pull through site #30, which was great for our 44 ft fifth wheel to stay attached to our dually truck for the night. Campground is wooded but very well kept. Host was really nice when we called to reserve our spot. We had full hookup. Be aware that they only accept cash and check. Not a problem for us, but a lot of people only use cards these days. We didn’t use the WiFi but it appear that the signal was low near our campsite. The only issue we had was the sewer hookup was on higher ground compared to where our RV was parked, which made for a difficult and inconvenient time when emptying tanks even with a bridge being used. Other sites nearby didn’t appear to have that problem but we wouldn’t fit in the other sites. Overall, it was quiet and convenient to interstate. I would recommend for an overnight stay.

Just left Fort De Soto Campground in Tierra Verde (near St. Petersburg) for our third time and it was just as good as the last two times! We were in site 197, which was perfect for our 45’ fifth wheel toy hauler, Ford dually and golf cart. Site was alittle snug to get into but the shaded trees and waterfront view was worth the extra time to get into the site. We stayed there for 5 nights and it is never long enough. The beach was crystal clear with sights of dolphins and other sea creatures. We picked up some beautiful shells and our daughter played in both of the park playgrounds, which are nice, well taken care of and shaded. The site was just amazing with so many trees for privacy and we were even able to hang our hammocks for ourselves and our little one right by the water! The site had 50 amp electric and water hookup with good pressure...no sewer. There is a dump station on way out. Verizon cell phone service was good (not great , but good enough to use hotspot to stream TV and for our daughter to do some of her virtual school right by the water!) Campground was full, but quiet...great for families or couples. We rented a fire pit and bought some fire wood from the camp store for the cooler nights. We visited Johns Pass boardwalk, which was about 30 mins away. Recommend going there and eating at small restaurant called Boardwalk Grill. Cute shops and restaurants on the boardwalk with beautiful water views. You can even rent jet skis, go on boat cruises, or buy fresh seafood. Parking was steep at $35 for the day. I have said this many times, but if you haven’t camped here, it is definitely a place to visit!

Stayed for 4 nights at a premium back-in site in our 45’ fifth wheel. We were right on the beach so you can cannot beat the view! That is what makes this campground worth staying. Priced at $170 for weekend and $155 for weekday is too much for what you get. No problems with electric or sewer, but water pressure was awful! Worst we have ever had (20-25 psi) and spoke with other campers and everyone had same issue. Didn’t try WiFi so unsure how signal was. No pool or other amenities. The beach is the only thing going for this place. While you are parked right next to the beach and have an incredible view, you are in a parking lot on a seawall that is about a 6-7 foot drop to beach. There are boardwalks along the campground for access to beach. This “drop” is a little concerning with small children. We couldn’t open the back porch (which was one of our biggest reasons for staying there) because the walkway behind the site needs to be clear for guests to walk to boardwalks. Also, be prepared to get all of your stuff, RV and vehicle plastered with salt and sand on those windy days (which was every day of our stay). About 35 mins to St Augustine. Good restaurants about 5-10 mins away. Bathrooms were clean and laundry looked clean also. No problem with road noise as we could only hear the waves crashing in the sand which was great!
