This truly is a hidden gem that should not be missed. It is a little out of the way but if you are looking for peace and tranquility and of the grid this is the place for you. Cell service is very limited possibly nonexistence depending on your provider. WIFI is available next to the Willy Nelson bus if you really need to stay in touch with the world. The spots are well spaced with picnic table, fire pit, and electric. If you need water make sure you bring some in or get the portable water next to the dump site. When we were there the campground had fire wood for the fire pits with honor donation pot. If you visit Tin Valley make sure you meet "Sampson" the donkey, the pigs and chickens. One final note. Make sure you follow the directions provided so you don't get lost with the limited cell service and navigation apps not working well.

Nice Place. Stops are nicely spaced. All backin spots provide nice view of the resevoir. Pull through spots are the only shaded spots in the campground. Train tracks are close, but cause minimal disturbance.
Staff is friendly and helpful. You can tell take care of the place.
The only issue I had is not being advised during booking that the resevoir was being drained for dam repairs. Resevoir was at 22% capacity and receding. We were unable to rent boats, paddle boards or kayaks. One of the main draws for us. You are able to drive down to the beach but be aware that many places have super soft sand and you could get stuck. The beach was not a very appealing spot to hang because of the mucky ground you have to cross to get to the water.
If the resevoir was closer to full capacity this would have been a 5 star place.

They charge a $10 fee for a dumpstation that is hard to access. The dump has a PVC pipe attached to the hole which extends upward a foot high, but your RV dump sits below that. It is near impossible to get your black or grey tanks empty. Much less getting the excess black or gray water out of you stinky slinky without it going on the ground. Don't waste your time.

Oliver lee Memorial Sate Park is a gem of a campground. The campground butts right up to the Lincoln National Forest. The views of the mountains and White Sands are exceptional. When you arrive make sure your the wooden post with your spot number on it has your name and date of your arrival attached to it. There is no attendant to meet you to confirm your arrival or tell you where your spot is. Cell service was spotty. Sometimes it worked great and other times it would be impossible to get online. We were using both AT&T and T-mobile. The grounds are well taken care of. Don't miss this little hidden gem.

This is a first come first serve city park. Very close to Theodore Roosevelt North Unit. This is a no frills place and some of the spots are tight, but what you get for the price and location makes this place a hidden gem.

The ammenties are as follows:

50/30/20 amp electric hookups
Water hookup
Sewer hookup
Dump Station
Picnic tables
Trash receptacles
Heated Restrooms and Showers
Playground
9 hole frisbee golf

There are 10 full hookup sites including sewer ($30 per night) and 2 dry camping sites ($15 per night) along with some tent camping sites. Well lit at night and police patrolled.

The campground is well maintained. Very easy to get to off of HWY 2. Don't pass it up if you are in the area.

This little campground is about 10 minutes outside of Liberal, KS off Highway 54. Sites are very well spaced apart. Park your RV on very nice concrete pad. Grounds are very well taken care of. Just be aware that it can be very buggy at dusk. Overall it is a nice place if you are passing through or visiting Liberal, Dorothy's house from Wizard OZ or the Mid America Air Museum.
