Way overpriced. This resort is not what it seems to be in online pictures and descriptions. Poorly maintained. Sites have very little privacy, grounds upkeep seems nonexistent, many weeds so you can experience fully the natural look, and a large number of annual and full time folks. Little to none Verizon cell coverage. Staff is friendly.

We enjoyed the grassy area across the road and the beautiful view of the waterfront. Our actual site was on gravel, where sites were very close to each other with no privacy. Just a dusty gravel parking lot of sardines. There is also a nice grassy area off to the side and in the back area. The additional fee of $21 for 7 nights with our 2 small dogs was not appreciated. The beautiful pictures shown on webpage are deceiving. If we were to return, we would request a grassy site in the back of the park, though none of the sites have privacy.
