Nicely landscaped with clean facilities. Great laundry room and bathrooms cleaned daily. Located with easy access to everything in Kanab. Quiet park except on Memorial day weekend and then loaded up with lots of off road enthusiasts. Right next to highway 89 but this is a quiet part of Utah and traffic is non-existent at night. Very comfortable place to stay with full hookups and good wifi. Good area in the back sites for big rigs. We were in a small 25 foot class C so no problems as all. Also very good water pressure for showers. No cable TV but that is the only thing I can think of that might be considered a negative by some.

Quiet and next to the Kaibab national forest. A beautiful park with large ponderosa trees and reasonably flat sites. Because of Covid-19 the laundry room and bathrooms were closed so no comment on those. Water pressure was good, shirley and julia were very helpful, and its a quick jaunt to town for re-provisioning. We stayed here to escape the heat of Tucson and it was great. If you golf do not pass up Elephant Rock Golf Course. A wonderful course that is well maintained in every way. No issues on the full hookups and this park can easily accept large Class A motorhomes.

Lots of room with pull through and back in sites. Very spacious with fellow RVer's spaced far apart. Lots of wildlife, beautiful views and easy trails for biking and walking. This park has very clean restrooms and showers, all sites have electricity and water. 2 dump stations. Definately will stay here again. Had to bike up to the horse area to get reception for at&t phone. Our verizon mifi worked well at the campsite. Schedule early because this is very popular and people reserve sites far in advance.

Spacing is generous. Facilities are first rate. Golf Course is in excellent condition. Landscaping is gorgeous. This place is 5 star all the way. wifi is great. Good cable TV. They pick up your trash when you put it out. Definately will return for an extended stay.

Our rate was 409 for a month. A very reasonable rate even for off season. Good Wifi, bathrooms and laundry area are clean. Host are helpful. Only complaint is that this park is close to Oracle road and that can be noisy at night. We are in a class c, 24' long and we could fit in most any spot. Will need levelers for some spots.

Excellant in every way except some won't like the 12 mile drive to the nearest full service super market. People are friendly, good golf, excellant wifi, nice sites for the most part level. good pools for relaxing in.
