11/21 Very nice place, well clear of any highways, 3 mi. up a rather rough and sandy road;we made it there no problem in our little 24’ class C dually with all-terrain tires. There are a lot of RVs down near the wash 1/4 mi away and a lot of OHV action down there and all around; there are many natural gas wells around also, but no noise from their generators while we were around. Beautiful sandstone formations and junipers.Highly recommended if you don’t need hookups. And if you don’t mind OHV noise into the early evening

The Dump Station Says Temporarily Closed 3/31/23
Visited in mid November. The RVs spots are around two side of a big firm sandbase grass field, very clean and pretty. Several long term RVers here. There were two friendly ponies in a fenced pasture. The 50 amp slots have dump connections also. Bring a check or cash for easy taking care of payment. You might be told to leave it in the box with the waiver you fill out.

In early June ‘23, very green. Nice park with large grassed sites, water and power, but their only dump is someone who comes by once a week and empties RVs for $35(!) which would not work for us on a short stay and not lasting a week without dumping anyway. There is not very much shade. Also, I was disappointed that an RV park that calls itself a resort and marina had no small watercraft for rent at all.
