Confirmed by 2 users | Last reported on June 07, 2023A beautiful park with grass sites. Great location and an easy drive into Sandpoint. The restaurant here on site is also 5 stars. Great beach and marina and the customer service is wonderful. We will definitely be back.
They charge 60 a night and with no sewer. Many of the sites are really close together on the portion of the property that is closer to the lake. There is a slope to the park so many of the sites are not level. Most of the sites sit in an open area with no trees. Sam Owens state park or Island View trailer resort would be better options

In early June ‘23, very green. Nice park with large grassed sites, water and power, but their only dump is someone who comes by once a week and empties RVs for $35(!) which would not work for us on a short stay and not lasting a week without dumping anyway. There is not very much shade. Also, I was disappointed that an RV park that calls itself a resort and marina had no small watercraft for rent at all.

I was a little concerned about staying when I saw the low review but as far as I can see the ONLY downfall this park has is uneven ground and the lack of septic. The marina and beach area is beautiful. They have a little coffee shop/breakfast stand that’s open Thurs.- Sun., a restaurant with a patio giving you a gorgeous view of the lake and surrounding mountains. The whole park is clean and well maintained. We came at the end of July and the top RV area was dry and brown but the lower came was still nice and green. We forgot to transfer our plug adapter into our new motorhome and the host offered to lend us one if we would rather be in the green camp ground which I thought was very nice. I didn’t ask about usage but there was a stack of kayak and paddle boards close to the beach. You do have to pay for access to wi-fi, so we just used our cell coverage. I would def. stay here again and I think our grandkids would love it here.
