The staff was very friendly and helpful. They took us to our site and helped us get backed in. The park is clean and well organized. It sits right on the bank of the Portneuf River, which provides pleasant sounds and scenery. The park also sits near a highly-traveled train route. We enjoyed seeing the trains and were not bothered too much by the noise.

Pros:
- Nice, clean park with lots of green grass
- Close to Lava Hot Springs
- On the bank of the Portneuf River
- 30A electrical hookup (at our site)
- Nice, helpful staff

Cons:
- No Internet / WiFi
- No water hookups in the sites (but we were able to fill our fresh water tank when we arrived at the park)
- No sewer hookups
- No dump station
- Price is high considering the amenities (but competitive with neighboring RV parks)

Notes:
- The park has a lot of rules and the staff seems to be fairly strict with their enforcement. We saw this as an advantage because it keeps the park nice and made our stay pleasant.

Much better than a Walmart parking lot. Close to the river -- lots of bugs in the evening; nice to be able to walk down to the water in the morning.
We dropped our trailer here and went to explore Twin Falls and Shoshone Falls. Everything was just as we left it when we came back. We spent one night. There were two other overnight campers and quite a bit of boat-ramp traffic, but the site was big enough and the price was perfect.
The location is a bit out of the way but, if we find ourselves passing through another time, we'd stay here again.

Check-in was simple; the staff was very friendly and helpful. The park was well organized. With a great location, full hookups and Internet (WiFi), the price seemed reasonable. We didn't use the bathrooms, showers or laundry facilities, so I can't comment on them. Our site was large enough with well-positioned hookups. The grass at our site seemed to be struggling a bit. The neighbors were allowed to bring in too many cars, trucks, boats and UTVs -- they ended up having to move two vehicles just so we could park our truck straight in line with our trailer when we returned from an outing.

Overall a good experience: nice staff and a nice place to stay.

If you live in a suburb with a concrete driveway, curb-and-gutter, a well-maintained lawn and nice neighbors, you'll feel right at home in this RV park.

Our site was green and shady. The grass was thick and well cared for. The concrete parking space was large and level. The pool and hot tub were clean and nice. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained too. WiFi signal was strong, with good Internet connectivity, but speeds were capped at 3 Mbps.

The location was perfect for us: right off of I-84, near dining, gas and a Walmart -- but far enough away that noise wasn't a problem at all. There are a number of long-term tenants, but their sites were clean and well maintained too. We went for a midnight stroll around the park and felt very safe.

To be honest, I'd have a hard time coming up with anything bad to say about this place. Definitely one of our favorites!

Working remotely, we needed a place to stop for one night with good ATT signal. This was a great choice. We got spot 22 near the river. We had to back in between several large trees. The site was shady and beautiful. Water/sewer hookups were on the wrong side. Our sewer hose wasn’t long enough, so we used the dump station on our way out. We needed to stay for few hours past check out to finish up my work day. New people were coming in, so the staff told us we could stay in their parking lot for a few hours. It worked out perfectly. We asked if that’d be any trouble for them. Their response: “When you’re here, you’re family.”
