There’s a big parking area and then a boat launch area. We pulled into the boat launch area first and enjoyed dinner feet from the water with amazing views and the sun dancing on the water making it sparkle.
The place was empty when we arrived except for one trailer in the corner that seems like it may be using the full 10 day limit. However, soon people came piling in to launch there boats for some after dinner fishing. We were luckily just enough off to the side that we didn’t need to move out of the way.
Once we finished our dinner and such we moved back to the actual parking lot for the night as we were pretty sure that’s where we were supposed to be anyways
Around 9 pm the mosquitos came out in full force but we had no problems with them earlier in the night or the next morning.
Cell signal is spotty and slow but does exist- made me wish we had a booster.

This is exactly the type of place we like to boondock at.
It has a good asphalt road all the way in to the boat ramp.
This is an extended parking lot, but was well thought out when being constructed.
I added quite a few pictures which should do a much better job explaining how this awesome little place is laid out.
There is good enough AT&T cellular service to make VOIP calls with a booster.
AT&T hotspot had three to full LTE bars with the booster on, but only one 4G bar without the booster.

You can stay ten days out of thirty at this location.
It is clean, but the vault toilet does smell pretty bad if you walk up close to it, thankfully we are completely self contained so we didn’t need to use it.

Was a good place, a bit humid on first of September, Was just an open parking lot, lots of bugs in the evening, but I would stay here again. There was internet with t-mobile near the water, not much the further you were from the water.

This is the second time we've stayed at Bell Rapids Sportsman's Access. The first was in the Spring and now in the Fall. It was quiet both times we stayed except for the occasional vehicle of boaters/fisherman who accessed the boat launch and docks. There's a pit toilet to use if you need. Garbage is "pack it in, pack it out" even though there are garbage cans available. It's also nice that there's a host if you have any questions. This is a definite "go to" as we travel from Southern Idaho to Northern Nevada.
Cell Service: Using our Mobley (ATT)- 4G/LTE, speed test 9 down, 1 up on a super windy day
Things to do: Visit Twin Falls, Shoshone Falls, hot springs, Hagerman Fossil Beds

This is about 15-20 minutes off highway, close to the river. It is basically a huge parking lot with a concrete pad and pit toilet in the middle. There is one spot to camp with a fire pit. The lower area which is right on the river has docks for fishing, boat ramp and a loaner life jacket station which is a great idea.
Quite a bit of traffic to boat ramp but didn't bother me. There are incredibly high winds off the river at night and it was in low 20's at night, so come prepared for cold if there in October. A couple days were sunny and close to 60.
What I assumed were teenagers came a couple times late at night to spin doughnuts in the parking area which was an annoyance. Lots of gun noise from duck hunters, some pretty close by.
