Campground served a purpose, close to Hopewell Rocks which is amazing!
Our site was maybe 50 X 20, luckily only have one slide, could have shook hands with our neighbor. Wifi was nonexistent, comfort station had just been redone, clean (except shower floors) bright with laundry facilities, as I said it was close to Hopewell Rocks
No Rogers Cellular, on an extended so most likely Bell, limited LTE, could not use our hotspot!

Stayed here after returning from Arizona, one of the few parks open in April and early May in this area, sites were large, we found because they relied on student help that the lawns were over grown, ticks were a serious issue, a number of seasonal people cut their own grass to help reduce the problem, it has the potential to be a great park, but has too many thing going on with a marina, and ball hockey that made for a lot of speeders and noise, huge picnic areas more traffic and noise, beach, soccer field and such.
Really no playground area for children, and the worst booking system I have ever seen, they would turn campers away and leave sites open on a weekend. We would stay there again but would not be a first choice.

Check in was quick and simple, we were using our RV Golf program, our campsite was preassigned when we called to reserve.
The office and camp store seemed to be well stocked, we had just resupplied in San Antonio before arriving so did not purchase anything, the park is located in Texas hill country, overlooking the Garner State Park and the Frio river, our spot was a pull in large enough to allow the towed to fit behind the rig, the view out the windshield was amazing. The wildlife (squirrels) entertained our cats all weekend, there is access to the river in numerous locations with rope swings out into the river, the park is well maintained and each site was cleaned and checked as each occupant left.
Wifi was strong and fast enough to stream video, cable tv with the major channels (about 20 stations) all hookups were located close by, and were in good condition, there are a lot of monthly rentals in the park, and garbage is picked up daily.
This place is all about the views....the natural beauty are enough reason to visit
The only negative, there seemed to be a pungent smell through out the park that would come and go, possibly someone suggested sulphur?

Nice flat parking lot, area behind hotel designated for RV parking, first come, first serve. Must get players card and get permit from security to receive up to 7 days free parking.
Multiple units here with all slides out, not to bad for noise, some parking lot lighting, but not enough to keep us up.
Great river walk along Colorado River, by all the Casinos and shopping near by
We received a compliment night accommodation with full hook ups, the park in on the Colorado River and is beautiful. The site was a back in facing the river, a little tight, but the view made up for it,
The only wifi was at the clubhouse, and cell (at&t) service was nonexistent, our neighbours whom are seasonal warned that the water was not the best, and they bought water for most uses, so we used our fresh water on board.
With a good wifi and fixing the water problem you would not be able to get a reservation.
