This is a small mixed-use campsite, with a dozen RV spots, 10 tiny-house and container-houses, and some A-frames, nestled under giant red cliffs on a gently sloping all-gravel lot. All utilities and outbuildings appear brand new - they've clearly spent a bunch on upgrading it and everything is fresh. Sites are level. #5 (our favorite) is under a shade tree, but most campsites don't have much or any shade. In early June temps reached low 80's, nights got down to low 50's.
Blazing fast Wifi. Washer/drier onsite, however the single washer is tiny and won't do bulky items. There's a communal fire pit at the back of the site that is a pleasant place to sit. Owners are nice and welcoming but keep a low profile. There was a bit of traffic noise from highway 89 at the front of the campground, but it wasn't bothersome.

Site had a shade tree, picnic table. Gravel site, spaced well from neighbors. Great wifi. Pool, laundry & facilities well kept & clean. Two dog runs. Bloomfield is closest town to Ah-Shi-Sle-Pah. Go to Farmington for shopping and access to Bisti wilderness.

No swimming pool, no picnic tables or grass at sites. Treeless. Everything worked & appeared well kept. Close to I-10, with some highway noise. Close to Mesilla Old Town - go to La Posta de Mesilla.
If you like barren, gravel-covered, concrete-surrounded places, this will suit you fine. If you prefer a more natural setting, with grass, trees, picnic table, resort-feel, move along and find somewhere else. We booked 2 nights based on description, but left after 1 because it was too depressing.
