Best WiFi we have had. So nice to do a little catch up on Netflix! Seven sites here. Easy pull thrus and all new hook ups. Did not check out bath house but all seems new. On the side of 89 so some traffic noise but calms down at night. Beautiful backdrop cliff. Shipping container Airbnb’s share the property. Full hook ups. Great location to check out Bryce and Zion

We made reservations for 3 weeks here a long time in advance. The person I spoke to, Jerron, was super responsive and helpful.
The WiFi here is blazing fast. It’s a simple place in a quiet highway.
I would give this place 5 stars although I do have to share that there are a bunch of sticker burrs. If you do t spend a bunch of time outside then who cares. We have two kids and a three legged dog. So that was tough for us.
The care we received in handling a resolution was above and beyond. I cannot say enough about that!!

Book 6 months in advance told them size then they stick you in smallest sight and tell you you have to move in a couple of days very in organized
Not big rig friendly and defiantly not ATV Friendly
Better campgrounds just down the road 5 miles
Also lots of stray hungry cats hanging around the dumpster

This is a small mixed-use campsite, with a dozen RV spots, 10 tiny-house and container-houses, and some A-frames, nestled under giant red cliffs on a gently sloping all-gravel lot. All utilities and outbuildings appear brand new - they've clearly spent a bunch on upgrading it and everything is fresh. Sites are level. #5 (our favorite) is under a shade tree, but most campsites don't have much or any shade. In early June temps reached low 80's, nights got down to low 50's.
Blazing fast Wifi. Washer/drier onsite, however the single washer is tiny and won't do bulky items. There's a communal fire pit at the back of the site that is a pleasant place to sit. Owners are nice and welcoming but keep a low profile. There was a bit of traffic noise from highway 89 at the front of the campground, but it wasn't bothersome.

Our site was not level. And then, after it rained, it was even worse.
Staff was MIA when we arrived. We didn't really need anyone, but she came out to us. The office was closed the entire time we were there. It's a beautiful office, so that was a little weird.
The cabins are very cute and seem to be their main focus. The little trail out back is quite nice. The staff member we met was very nice; I feel like she'd have been super helpful if we had needed anything.
If we were to go back to the area, we'd consider staying here again, in a different spot. (But we aren't likely to return to the exact same area.)
