If you are just passing thru Tulsa it may be a good stop. Looks great when you pass thru the big sign, large park, but once you get in it’s jam packed and mostly resident workers. Loud traffic noise from highway and airport. Workers leave early during the week so lots of truck noise. Nice playground, and plenty of grass for dogs. But I’ve never seen a park that had this many tight spaces. For the price, and passing through, stay. If long term look elsewhere.

Staff are very nice and have always been accommodating. Our second year staying here. Only book river sites as it is very peaceful. Elk wander thru often. High price but peak season. Landscaping is not kept up well. WiFi is excellent at times but not consistently. Would be a five star if the upkeep was better.

New owners are so incredibly helpful and want us to have the best experience. So much so the owner helped me fix a leaking hose connection. They are upgrading the park as sites are a little close. Lots of trees. If you can, get a site by the creek. Very quiet. Love being away from the highway. I highly recommend! Cell service for Verizon is not very good due to mountains.

Nice area. Very nice staff. Perfect if u have a razor or other off road vehicle. Town is ok but ridiculous mask rules. Didn’t shop there. Went to Ouray instead. Much nicer town. Not a lot of good hiking trails. Good here for two to three days maybe not a week. We left early.
