This is so subpar that it is embarrassing to say we stayed here. No bathroom facilities just a cement slab with electrical box in poor condition. We were here in December and did not want to hook up to water. One miserable night.

stayed in this park visiting the area, space 4 was near the road and had road noise all night, stay in the lower section! Our lights were flickering and refrigerator died, be sure to use an "EMS" protector.

Courteous and friendly staff, our spot was wonderful. We had a beautiful area, looked like has been landscaped and nicely maintained. Park is 20 miles from Dolores & 40 miles from telluride. Best not forget to pack the coffee. We were in the 1st row and did hear road noise, will return to this park.

This RV park is located right off I40 in Kingman. The owners were there during the day as were maintenance people to keep bathroom and grounds clean and it showed. Very convenient to the town's shopping and grocery stores. The freeway was close there was not a lot of noise. We would definitely return.

We had driven past this exit on I40 for over 20 years and decided to give it a try. The sites are gravel, most sites have electric and water, dump site is at the rear of the park which was convenient for a one night stay. We found the park to be clean, well cared for, nice dog run (2) and quiet. We could see I40 but did not hear it inside our RV. The park is secured by entry gates. We will definitely stay here again. We did not use the bathroom.
