Confirmed by 1 users | Last reported on March 17, 2023Small park right off of I-40 in town. Only about ten pull through sites but all are level and easy to get to. All utilities are at back end of site so if you have a long rig with sewer towards front you'll need lots of hose. Bathrooms and laundry clean and whole park well maintained. No frills; no cable, pool or rec room, not that we need it. Dog walk is just that, a narrow dirt area around perimeter of park. Passport America good for one night. No wifi we could find but used motels behind us.

The staff is extremely friendly, our site was gravel and level. Easy access to hook-ups and good size. We did a day trip to Oatman and are continuing on to the meteor crater. Nice place to get some rest before heading on ;-)

Right next to the freeway but with the air conditioner running you can’t hear anything anyway! Just a place for the night. Wi-Fi great, quick pleasant check in.

Good stop for one night, Huge pull thru sites and reasonably priced. Travelers are located in spots farthest from the freeway.
The park has a fair amount of well kept permanent sites. Unfortunately our sewer was located way at the back of our rig. Required two hoses. Ultimately the pitch was to excessive to drain my black tank.
Required to backup and dump right before we left.

We stopped on a cross country trip in the middle of a heat wave. Sunrise is a little RV park, well kept and neat. It was relatively quiet and relaxing - especially considering it’s proximity to the freeway. They had brand new machines in the laundry room ($2 a wash, 25 cents per 7 minutes for the dryer), which was nice.
Not the prettiest spot, being in the city, but there are trees which give some shade during part of the day. Seems a good spot for a home base while you drive out to experience nature.
Full hookups so we were able to run the ACs to cool down.
Could see myself staying there for a few days to relax and rest.

We called ahead to make reservations and the guy on the other line was friendly and helpful.
Directions were correct on our GPS so it was easy to find it. Once inside the office we were greeted by a young gentleman who was friendly & courteous. Thankfully we asked for a PT and FHU as the sites are very tight. The sewer is in the back of the site and we did not have a long enough hose so we will have to move back closer to the sewer to dump before we leave tomorrow. They have wi-fi but it’s been slow this afternoon/evening.
This is a nice place to stay over night. I would stay here again.

This RV park is located right off I40 in Kingman. The owners were there during the day as were maintenance people to keep bathroom and grounds clean and it showed. Very convenient to the town's shopping and grocery stores. The freeway was close there was not a lot of noise. We would definitely return.

Staff on the phone and on checkin are very friendly and kind. The whole place is level and clean. Laundry $2 load and .25/7 min dry. Ice and book loan avail. Conveniently located to anything you need to provision. Right on freeway exit so you have noise. Backs up to motel and hotel and vacant lot so not good views. Sites are close together but the row where they put short stay rigs was staggered and slanted so we didn’t feel like people were looking right in our windows. Felt safe. Try Thai 66 for good Thai food.

The owner is friendly and made us feel very welcome. A lovely small RV park that we found on a 6 week tour of the west.
