This campground was awesome. Wayne and Justin are super friendly and very helpful! I couldn’t recommend staying with them enough!! There are only 14 spots at this campground so you have plenty of room at each site. No worrying about being right on top of the next camper. Our dogs enjoyed this freedom and the space they had to stretch their legs out. The wooded spot we had was prime for watching sunsets through the woods. Each site has water/sewer/electric. Would recommend to anyone staying or working in the Greenville area. We worked at ECU Health and had a 20 minute commute to work each evening.

Monthly stay: we stayed here July 2022-September 2022. First they make you pa the weekly rate for two weeks before they “approve” you to be monthly. The two weeks were almost the price of monthly. Then you have a meeting and sign paperwork to become monthly but we didn’t have to move sites as they put us on a monthly spot. Just a crock to get more money out of you. Monthly rate at the time was $950. Expensive but the whole area is expensive. However we got an email some months back that monthly rent is now over 1,000. Laundry room was nice. 4 washers and 2 good sized dryers. Pool was nice but closes early. Dog was nice and used quite a bit. Campground floods easily with heavy rains. We were told if an evacuation was needed they would post to Facebook. So just pay attention to weather and Facebook lol. Off a busy road. Making a left turn into the campground can be a wait and a left turn out of the campground as well. Manageable but Charleston traffic isn’t fun anywhere you go! Close to Kiawah island and angel oak. Staff were friendly enough most of the time but nothing to be amazed at. Mail was sorted nicely in the office and packages were kept dry inside and sorted by name which was really nice. If we really had to we would stay again if no where else had openings. Overall campground was clean, pretty much all monthly stays when we were there people kept to themselves and campground mostly empty. Also people drag race up and down the road next to it at night which is LOUD.

We called 40 minutes to office close and able to get a spot after getting stopped in traffic yesterday. Spot was decent with some grass. Did not use any amenities. Nearby brewery : pig pounder was good just an FYI! Also close gas station at the end of the road. Convenient on and off hwy. hwy is right behind the campground so as long as you’re not looking for a quiet campground or hwy sounds don’t bother you not a bad stop. Campground itself was very quiet. Nothing super special about the lots but a good overnight spot for sure.

Extremely welcoming family ownership. Most campers here are long term most working you don’t see and everyone else we met were extremely friendly and willing to help in an instant if anyone needed. The pond was great for our dogs to swim in and we took the paddle board out. The big grassy area was also nice for our dogs to run and play ball. No fenced in area for dogs Pool was extremely clean and nice from opening until we left all except for one weekend which was rectified. Laundry onsite is expensive. $3 wash and $1 to start dryer. Only 1 large dryer and 3 washers. Office could use some help on organization - when people are coming and going. Money book- each time we paid they never seemed to know where our lot was in the book to mark us down as paid. We would 100% come back if ever in the area again. Warning : not all lots are the same. The front section of the campground is TIGHT and just a gravel lot. The back area in the trees is much much nicer. We were lucky to get our spot changed from the front to the tree area before we arrived. It’s a place where everyone waved at ya as you passed. We stayed from end of March 2023 - beginning of July 2023 for work at St Francis. Monthly Rate: $650 with cash or check. 3% card fee. Sites are also very very unlevel so bring boards.

We stayed here to be close to family prior to a wedding we were going. Nice access to Lebanon and Dartmouth areas. Easy on and off of hwy. speed bumps in the campground and crazy high. We were in the lower section of the campground. Muddy from all the rains to be expected but still east to get in and out of. Mosquitos were also a bit crazy when we were there but citronella candle worked as well as bug spray. Stayed July 26-28th. Our travel partners site had some electrical issues but they came right out within an hour of notifying and assessed the issue. Real nice people. Would consider staying here as monthly’s for work if ever in the area! Did not use any amenities but saw the area for laundry and the pool up at the front. Sites fairly level which was nice.

We stayed here for one night on our way down to Myrtle Beach. Very easy access to this campground as it’s right off 95. We did not use any amenities, though it seems like they have quite a bit to offer. The sites seemed pretty level. We did unhook the truck to fuel up before heading off in the morning. If we ever pass through again we would stay here in the future.

We were in spot 721 and about 5 campers away from the beach. The roads were a little bit narrow, but everyone there is super friendly and willing to move their truck if needed. The spots were level and didn’t have much trouble getting in. Trash pickup every day between 9-11am. We would definitely stay here again!

We only stayed one night on our way to VT and stopped to see the falls. Didn’t use any campground amenities but a lot to do available and a lot free too for kids which is nice or reasonably priced! Definitely an awesome family campground. Pricey but close to the falls and a lot to do. Clean sites, mostly level. A lot of bathroom facilities scattered through the campground with laundry rooms too. Super nice.

With all the rain this summer they have to keep closing sites so some are very wet. Sites were huge which was nice we were able to park on the front of ours to avoid the pond on our lot. The road kinda drops off onto the grass so with trailers can make it difficult with the bend. My dad actually busted his window from the front of the trailer hitting his Tono cover. We both were nervous to get stuck leaving after the day before was complete rain. We made it out but was very very wet and muddy. Nice location on lake. Cons: generators can only be used from 8-10am and 4-6pm. Even quiet ones. Would be nice for longer use during the day. Pavilion for rent was super nice and large. Didn’t use pool (first day was closed due to no lifeguard availability and second day we had plans). Playground looked nice for the kids. Bug sprays and citronella candles were no match for the mosquitos. Some of the largest mosquitos we’ve ever seen and they would literally fly above the flames without a care in the world! Showers require quarters. Clean but just a lot of bugs in the shower areas. Had hot water when we used them. Dump station for trailers was convenient.
