This is such a nice campground. It's lakeside, but no real lake views due to the trees. The campground is well-kept and we saw park rangers patrol often. So many shade trees and lots of space between campsites. Do note that there is a smallish section where generators are allowed so if you need one, book in that section. Lots of trees make solar a little difficult, but can be done especially if they are portable. The dump station costs $5 for campers and requires a code to unlock. There is a number to call if the office isn't open. If you can dump elsewhere, I would. Worst dump station I've ever used. Very good coverage on AT&T and Verizon.

This campground has beautiful views in all directions. Site 6 sits up high and feels fairly private while still having nice views. Loop A, where site 6 is, is the farthest from the lake. Not a lot of shade, but hasn't been a problem. Flush toilets aren't working right now, so temporary toilets in place. We will definitely camp here again. Price paid reflects senior pass discount.

This is a nice county park with water and electric hookups. It's an easy distance to both Racine and Milwaukee with lots to do nearby. The park is well maintained and feels really spacious. Site 63 doesn't really have any shade. The only drawback to our site was a lack of shade and backed up to someone who had roosters in the neighborhood behind the park. They were loud, but not terrible. Bathrooms were clean and the showers were free and had great hot water. We enjoyed the park and would stay again if ever in the area.

We did not have reservations and arrived on a Sunday evening to find we had our pick of just about any site in the A loop. A few posts had reservation sines on them, but not a camper in sight. We chose the last site in the right before exiting the loop, A20. This site is very private o. The curb side and there is lots of space between you and the next camper on the driver's side. The site required some leveling blocks to get level and was really muddy from all the rain that fell. It had electric but no water. When you arrive, you check in with the host, no self-registration. For the cell phone sigal, AT&T really struggled, bouncing between 1 bar and no service. Verizon provided a very reliable 2 bars.

Beautifully kept park with a friendly host right by the river. We had site 50 which was a completely paved site that worked perfectly for our class B. We had water and electric and their is a dump station by the day use area. AT&T and Verizon both had great signal and I was able to work on easily. We would definitely return.

The person on the phone who made the reservation was very friendly. He did tell us there would be water to fill up with, but we never found it. There is a dump station, bu5 only non potable water there. Our site, 7, was just enough to fit our 21 ft van with cargo tray when we pulled in at an angle. Site 7 is right on the water and the view is great, but the campgsites all surround a parking lot and it was crowded. Our site was a dry camping site, but as there wasn't really any shade, we got plenty of solar. Verizon and AT&T both worked well enough for streaming. It wasn't so bad I'd never again, but I would prefer Skamokawa Vista Park about 5 miles west.

Well maintained park. We got a walk-up site because on a Sunday afternoon. Plenty of sites to choose from with maybe 8 other campers in the loop. The site we were given was not paced and extremely muddy from the rain. I went back to the office and asked for a different site and they were happy to accommodate. There is plenty of room between sites and the site 24 backed up for the lake. Really enjoyed the sounds of the lake water hitting the shore. Cell signal was good on both AT&T and Verizon. Didn't check out the bathrooms so can't comment. Would definitely stay again.

We had site 1-PUH which was behind the office and off the river, but still had a great view of the river. Electric only. There is a dump station and also water spigots around the park. AT&T and Verizon worked very well and we were able to stream on both. The staff are very friendly and the park is well maintained. We will absolutely come back here when in the area!
